We are satisfied with the accommodation and would choose this place again.

The accommodation is excellent, comfortable, and clean, situated in a superb location. On one side, there is a highway leading to nearby beaches, while on the other side, it is close to Sarti beach and the promenade. In the evenings, it is very peaceful, and the price is reasonable compared to others. The owner is a kind and wonderful woman. We will likely return again.

We stayed in apartment No. 7, which is very nice, new, and renovated. We are satisfied with the accommodation, but it cannot do without air conditioning; once it is turned off, it immediately becomes hot. The hosts are polite and responsible, and they respond promptly if anything is needed. Towels and bed linens are changed every 5 days, but they did not clean the apartment for us, only changed the linens (drawback). The location is good, close to the beach (5 minutes) and the center. The accommodation is next to the road, but it is possible to sleep; in the evening, vehicles are not heard, only a little in the morning (if the windows or terrace are open) normally. All in all, it was good, affordable, and a lovely apartment.

We stayed in apartment 13, which is new and quite good; everything is new and clean in that regard. The room features a French bed and a single bed, both very comfortable, along with pillows. There is also a folding armchair suitable for a small child up to 7 or 8 years old. The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, toaster, two burners, plates, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans; I noticed that everything is available, although we did not use any of it. I advise bringing a trash bag and toilet paper. The owner of the villa is decent; he is accommodating but not overly polite. In the evening, there is a strong smell of sewage on the terrace. When someone showers, the pipes beneath the terrace are quite noticeable. That is, for instance, a downside. We forgot a box with various medicines and a thermometer. When I returned to Serbia, I noticed it was missing, and when I contacted them, they replied that the cleaner had thrown it away. Inside was a mercury thermometer, so God forbid she actually threw it away; the box was transparent, so it could have gone unnoticed what was inside. They cleaned the rooms only once, changed the bedding, and added new towels, and that was it. The advantage is the large parking area under the villa, although everyone parks there, and it is quite dirty.

The accommodation is clean, features ample parking, and is conveniently located near the beach and all other amenities. The owners are friendly. I highly recommend it!

Since I couldn't find many reviews about this villa, I decided to write a detailed description, which may help someone in the future. We stayed in studio number 11, which faces directly towards the main road. I read that some guests complained about noise, but we didn’t experience any. We slept with the terrace open and weren’t disturbed. Additionally, I mentioned to the lovely and incredibly kind owner, Amelia, that they should add new photos because the studio is truly beautiful, new, with a comfortable mattress and a nice bathroom, while the current photos do not capture its true beauty, which might lead many to pass on this accommodation. The terrace has an awning, although it is not shown in the photos. There is always hot water available at any time. All in all, I am extremely satisfied 😊

A wonderful place for a getaway, the owners are always available for any issues (wonderful people Janis and Amelija). The cleanliness is at the highest level. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one could need. The fact that the property is located on the main road does not diminish its value (there is no noise, a large supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away, and the center of the old town and the beach are also nearby). Highly recommended!!!

A lovely accommodation; the room where my boyfriend and I stayed is a triple room, albeit small, perfectly adequate for the two of us. It is very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. It is situated near the center of activities and, in my opinion, close to the most beautiful part of Sarti beach. The drawbacks (subjectively) include the fact that our room faced the main street, so traffic could be heard constantly, although not to an extent that it was irritating. Perhaps I just missed having a terrace with a nicer view. All in all, I am satisfied and would recommend it. In my opinion, 4/5.

The accommodation is decent, although we are not particularly impressed. The electricity went out a few times, and cleanliness is not at a satisfactory level; basic amenities were lacking. The accommodation has a system that prevents unnecessary electricity consumption; when the doors are open, the air conditioning does not work. This is perfectly fine, I have no objections, but the system is too slow. You enter the room, close the door, and turn on the air conditioning, and in the next few minutes, you are already sweating, and only then does the air conditioning start working, just when you begin to struggle for air.

This was our second stay in this apartment. It is situated in a great location, and there is secure parking available. The owner is very kind and welcomed us with a lovely surprise. The kitchen equipment is not the best, but it did not bother us.

The accommodation was excellent, and the host is a wonderful person. My brother was placed in another house where he did not have parking. I asked the host if he could park at his place, and he allowed it, even though my brother was not his guest. I thank him for that. All praise goes to you and the host. I have no complaints whatsoever. I recommend both the accommodation and the collaboration with you.

The impression is that it is in a great location; everything is nearby, yet you are separated from the hustle and bustle. The only downside is that the internet connection is almost nonexistent throughout the day. Sometimes it connects, but then it disappears again.

I am extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Everything is as described. Excellent location and a friendly host. The bed linens and towels were changed every fifth day. I highly recommend it.

The yard is neglected. The bathroom is exceptionally small, with leaks from the toilet and the sink. The shower area is not enclosed, causing the entire bathroom to get splashed during showering. There is very little space for showering. The internet is slow, especially when many apartments are occupied. When the hot water from the roof boiler (solar panels heat it) runs out, the owner must be contacted to turn on the electric heating, as the solar panels cannot heat the water once night falls. Overall, with minor investments, they could significantly improve the impression and make this a model accommodation.
