Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, we have been coming to sarti for years through the agency and now for the first time I am making an inquiry in this way. There are 3 adults and 1 child of 3 years. We need an apartment of 2 rooms in the period from 01.09. Until 20:09 . On September 21st, they'd leave the suite. I'm interested in availability during this period and price? Greetings
