If you wish to spend your vacation in the peaceful part of Sarti, just 20 meters away from the beach and in close proximity to the town center and other amenities, Black Rose can be an excellent choice for your family. Comfortable and clean accommodation units will make you feel at home.
A bakery and small markets are located opposite the accommodation, while the center is 500 meters away.
There are four triple and four quadruple studios available. Three triple studios are located on the first floor and one on the ground floor. All triple units have one double and one single bed. Two quadruple studios are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Three studios have one double and two single beds, and one studio has two double beds.
All studios are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom, and a terrace with mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, necessary utensils, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, and a hairdryer is available for guests. The terraces are furnished with a table and chairs. A baby cot is available free of charge upon request. Bed linen is changed every 3 days, and towels are changed every 5 days.
The house does not have private parking or a yard, but you can park on the street or at the public parking nearby.
If you are traveling on the main road from the north, turn left at the eighth exit from entering Sarti. Continue straight until the third left turn, then turn left again after 350 meters and you will see the house on your left at the intersection.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
