Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Eleni House is located in the village of Sarti, one of the most popular resorts in Sithonia, 400m away from the beach. The accommodation is spacious, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant vacation, exuding warmth and a pleasant atmosphere.
Two apartments are available, situated on the high ground floor, able to accommodate up to five adults. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a double bed and a armchair bed.
The air-conditioned apartments include a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with two burners and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
From the balcony, furnished with a seating set, there is a view of the surroundings.
In this accommodation, small pets are allowed upon request and at an additional cost.
Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always free parking available nearby along the street.
For reservations of ten or more nights, cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every five days.
Eleni House is located 42km away from the popular resort of Nikiti, 30km from Toroni, and 130km away from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
