Hotel Description

Konak Sarti Apartment is located outside the town of Sarti, on Sithonia, 300m from the sandy beach, offering a spectacular view of the sea and Mount Athos. The spacious apartment in a traditional villa is surrounded by an olive grove and greenery, with plenty of seating space and a barbecue, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Despite offering privacy, it is only a few minutes away from the center of the tourist resort, ideal for enjoying nature and being close to all amenities.

The two-level apartment is a maisonette in its structure and can accommodate up to seven adults. On the lower level, on the first floor, there is a living room, kitchen with a dining table, bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper level, on the second floor, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a double bed, while on the open gallery, accessed by indoor stairs from the second level, there is a single bed.

All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, and coffee maker. The bathrooms have a bathtub or shower cabin.

From the balcony, equipped with a seating set, there is a sea view. Each room has access to the balcony. In the beautifully landscaped garden, guests can enjoy barbecue preparation with family and friends within the summer house.

Pets are allowed. Within the yard, guests have a private parking space for up to three cars.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is available for guests to change themselves.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
