Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Ktima Amitsa Studios & Apartments is located outside the village of Sarti, on the western coast of Sithonia, offering a breathtaking view of Mount Athos. Situated just 130 meters from the beach, this establishment is perfect for those seeking a tranquil and relaxing holiday in a natural setting, with easy access to beautiful beaches and the comfort of pleasant accommodation.
There are seven accommodation units available on the ground floor.
Studios are designed for two adults and one child. They consist of a kitchenette, bathroom, a double bed, and an extra bed.
Apartment Eleni is suitable for four adults. It comprises a living room, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The living room also features two sofas, each for one person.
The accommodation unit structured as a maisonette - Aspa, can accommodate four adults and two children. The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a toilet. The living room includes a sofa for two people.
The air-conditioned units are equipped with TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, table fan, a kitchen with one or four burners, a large oven only in the Aspa unit, a standard or large refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms feature a bathtub or a shower with a curtain. Upon request and for an additional fee, a baby cot is available.
From the veranda, furnished with a seating area, guests can enjoy a view of the garden.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
