Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Few Steps From The Beach Apartment is located 100 meters from the city beach in Sarti, which proudly holds the Blue Flag. Situated in the second row from the sea, this apartment offers a peaceful stay while being in close proximity to all necessary amenities. The beach is always clean and well-maintained, covered with fine sand both on the shore and in the water. Its gently sloping shallow waters in certain areas make it ideal for families with small children, providing perfect conditions for an unforgettable and carefree vacation.
The ground-floor apartment can accommodate four adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa suitable for one child.
Upon request and at no extra charge, guests can use a baby crib.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioning in both the living room and both bedrooms, guests have access to WiFi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a small stove with two burners and a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
Small pets are allowed upon prior agreement with the owners.
A parking space is not guaranteed, but there is usually available parking in the street where the accommodation is located.
Guests enter a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining its cleanliness during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linens is provided, which guests can change themselves. Additionally, an optional cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
