Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Estrella de Mar Studio, located in the center of Sarti on the eastern coast of Sithonia, just 30 meters from the city beach and close to numerous restaurants and markets, is an excellent choice for guests who want to be in the heart of all the action. Its beautifully designed interior provides a cozy, home-like atmosphere, while the friendly owners ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The ground-floor studio can accommodate up to three adults. It features a private bathroom and a kitchen with a double bed and a single bed.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests WiFi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two burners, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a kettle.
Guests can relax on the private enclosed veranda, furnished with a seating area.
