Our description

Sithonia Villa is tucked between houses and narrow streets in Sykia. It was created for a peaceful vacation, with a beautiful view of the village and the mountain. It's ideal for those who'd privacy, because there are only two accommodation units.

It is about 600m away from the village center with several taverns, kiosks, cafes and bakery, as well as from the supermarket. It takes 8-10 minutes drive (around 5km) to reach Sykia beach. There are several supermarkets, a gas station and a bakery along the way.

Villa is consisted of a maisonette located on the first and second floor and an apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is not available for rent this season. The smoking is not allowed in the villa.

Maisonette on two floors can accommodate up to six people. There is a living room, a kitchen, laundry room and two terraces on the first floor and there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two more terraces on the second floor. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with one double bed and a terrace. In the living room, there is a large sitting area, TV, fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and apart from the stove, large fridge and small freezer, there's also a dishwasher. A washing machine is available in the laundry room. One bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain, while the second has a shower cabin. It has four terraces with umbrellas, two in the front facing the village and two in the back facing the mountain. Terraces in the front are more spacious and have a table and chairs.

Apartment on the ground floor is consisted of a bedroom with double and single bed and kitchen with one folding sofa for two children. In order to reach the bathroom you have to pass through the bedroom. In bathroom is shower with curtain and washing machine. Kitchen is fully equipped, it has stove and fridge with freezer compartment. Balcony is very spacious and covered (maisonette is above), with sitting set and it overlooks the street. At the moment this apartment is not available for the online reservations.

Private parking located in front of the house. A yard doesn't exist, but there's a barbecue on the terrace in the back of the house for the guests of maisonette.

The streets in Sykia might seem confusing, but the place is small, so you can't get lost much. After entering the village and passing by the supermarket on the left, turn into the first street right, then to the third street right, then to the first left and 250m later you will see the villa.

If it's not hard for you to drive to the beach every day, you'd want to be alone with your friends and experience Sithonia in the right way, then this villa is the right place for you.

Owners description

Newly built luxury with two floors modern house with contemporary furniture and great view, located in Sikia one of the oldest villages in Halkidiki.

In the upper floor, there are three rooms with queen bed, the two with a private bathroom and all of them with big balconies and view. In the first floor, there's a spacious living room, big kitchen, separate laundry room and a big bathroom. Big balconies are on both sides of the house. Parking is in front of the house.

There's one quintuple apartment on the ground floor, with one double and a single bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in a room with a kitchen.

Nearest shop and restaurant is about 100m on foot. It is 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The best solution is to have a car or rent a motorbike. In the hot summer with a motorbike, you can really enjoy visiting many beaches of Sithonia which are about 10km far. The most known is Orange beach with blue flag another Valti, Kriaritsi, Kalamitsi, Porto Koufo and many other private surrounded by the rocks all with soft sand...

The house is situated near the center on the hill with a view of the whole village valley all the way up to the sea and on the opposite site is mount Kukos.

Explore the small tiny traditional streets of the village the old school and the old orthodox church, and you can be in the nearest beach in 10 min and enjoy the beautiful green-blue clear water and the golden sand of Halkidiki.

You can also organise small daily trips to close really interesting places like mount Holomontas after you enjoy your swim to one of the marvellous beaches you will find on the way to it, but also visit the traditional beautiful rock-built village of Parthenonas, the cosmopolitan port and village of Neos Marmaras, the casino in Porto Karras and so much more beautiful places that we can provide you info to visit and see so you can make your stay at Halkidiki really unforgettable memory.
