Our description
Argo Studios is located just few meters from the beautiful, sandy Pigadaki beach, with spacious balconies with tables and chairs to enjoy and a breathtaking sea view. It's a great choice for couples or families looking for privacy and a vacation in peace and tranquillity.
The accommodation is located in Pigadaki bay in Sykia, 70m from the beach, near the famous tavern 5 Steps In The Sand. The nearest supermarket is 2,3km away and the nearest bakery is at 1,5km.
There are three small houses on a small hill, with a fantastic sea view. As soon as you arrive at the accommodation and close the gate behind you, you'll enter a little paradise. The houses are separated by a tall fence, so privacy is guaranteed.
The triple houses (20m2) have one double bed narrower than the standard and a single bed in the same room with a kitchen (separated by a bar) and a balcony (the first is 30m2 and the second is slightly smaller). The quadruple house (25m2) has one sofa, a double and a single bed, a kitchen (separated by a wall without a door) and a balcony (40m2). Owners can also provide a baby cot if needed.
This accommodation was built recently and all furniture is new. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a mini-oven with hotplates, while the bathrooms have an edged showering area with a curtain. Towels and bed linen are replaced after 4-5 nights.
The accommodation has private parking for three vehicles.
Turn off the highway towards Sykia beach and continue ahead till you reach the intersection. Take a right and head uphill towards Pigadaki beach. Pass through the first bay, then just before Pigadaki beach take a right uphill and after about 100m, you'll see Argo Studios on the left.

Three small houses overlooking the sea and nature are waiting for you and your friends to spend an unforgettable summer vacation.
They are built in Pigadaki, a picturesque harbour of Sykia beach in Halkidiki. On the verandas of the houses, you can experience the undisturbed tranquillity of the sunset, facing the bay of Mount Athos and the imposing volume of Mount Athos.
In the picturesque harbour, you can cool in the crystal clear waters and taste seafood delicacies in traditional taverns. With your good mood, you have the opportunity to visit nearby organized beaches, walking or with your vehicle.
There are two triple and one quadruple house with eqipped kitchen, fridge, TV, A/C and WiFi internet.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
