Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Hidden from the noise, in the arranged courtyard, with parking, not far from the center of the village Sykia, there is Teo Studios. Spacious apartments are completely equipped and the owners live right above in case you need anything.
Located in the quiet part of village Sykia, it is only 450m far from the center. The closest market is 250m away. It is little bit far from Sykia beach, to be precise little bit more than 4km, but you can easily reach it by car. This region is full of wonderful, sandy beaches which are definitely worth a visit.
The accommodation is consisted of two apartments on the low ground floor, few steps under the ground level. Above the apartments, on the floor live the owners. Apartments are spacious and completely equipped with furniture and electric devices. They are consisted of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Both apartments are rented as quadruple or quintuple.
Apartment Ampelo (50m2) has a double bed in bedroom, while in the living room there are one double and one single bed.
Apartment Steno (48m2) in the living room there two double beds narrower than the standard ones, while in bedroom there is a double bed.
Both apartments have air-condition, mosquito net, Wi-Fi, TV, completely equipped kitchen with stove and big fridge, and bathroom with bathtub and curtain. If needed, the owner can provide the guests with a baby cot. Towels and bed linen are replaced after five nights and earlier if needed.
In the courtyard there is a barbecue, gazebo, small playground and private parking. Small pets are allowed upon request.
When you enter village Sykia, continue straight, then turn in the first street on the left, follow the street till the end then again left and after turn right. At the end of the street you will see the accommodation.
In peaceful part of Sykia, with the courtyard and private parking, Teo Studios offers vacation far from the noise. The place is relaxing and overlooks valley of Sykia. Accommodation is ideal for families with children to whom is not important vicinity of the beach or for two families who would like to stay together and have the privacy.
