A four-bed apartment (4 Bed Apartment) covering an area of 43m2 that can accommodate up to 4 people, maximum of 2 adults. A five-bed apartment (5 Bed Apartment) covering an area of 40m2 that can accommodate up to 5 people, maximum of 2 adults, and an apartment with two bedrooms covering an area of 50m2 that can accommodate up to 6 people, maximum of 2 adults.

The four-bed apartment has one double bed and a sofa bed in the bedroom, and two single beds in the living room. The kitchen is separate from the living room, but without a door in between. Suitable for families with two children. The five-bed apartment has one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom, and two single beds in the same area where the kitchen is located. Suitable for families with 2-3 children. The kitchen in this apartment is equipped with a small oven with three burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, necessary dining utensils. The bathroom features a shower cabin.

The six-bed apartment has two bedrooms, each with one double and one single bed, or with one narrower than standard double bed and one single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a small oven with two burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and necessary utensils. The small bathroom features a shower cabin with a curtain.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, and a terrace with a table and chairs. Pets are not allowed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
