One of the most popular accommodations for SykiaLemonis-Zoi accommodation is located on Sykia beach, only 40m away from it. It offers four accommodation units that can ensure complete relaxation and pleasant atmosphere.
The nearest supermarket is 300m from the property and the only and most visited tavern on this beach is 200m from the accommodation.
There are four well maintained and clean ground floor units, two sixtuple duplex apartments and two quadruple studios.
Duplex apartments no. 1 and 4 have one double bed in the living room with kitchen, while in the bedroom there are one double bed and bunk beds. Quadruple studios no. 2 and 3 have double beds and bunk beds.
Kitchens in all units are equipped with a mini oven with hotplates, a large fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary dishes. Each unit has bathroom with a shower tray with curtain. Towels and bed linen are replaced after four nights. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV, internet, mosquito nets and terraces with sitting sets and drying racks.
You can easily find Lemonis-Zoi Studios. After you turn off the main road towards Sykia beach, you will drive to it, and after that you will turn left and drive down the street along the beach and after 200m you will see on the left the yard where this facility is located.
If you want a clean and tidy accommodation, on a phenomenal location, in the second row from the beach and in a great position to visit some of the most famous beaches on Sithonia, Lemonis-Zoi Studios can be a great choice.

Lemonis – Zoi Studios is the accommodation on the beach in Sykia, fully equipped with all comforts to offer for a beautiful and relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful summer destinations in Halkidiki.
There are two studios and two apartments with a TV, kitchen with utensils, fridge with freezer, bathroom with hot water and comfortable outdoor facilities with barbecue, ample parking and a playground. Studios are equipped with one double bed and bunk beds, while the apartments have one additional queen size bed.
Towels and bed linen are replaced after three nights.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, I am interested in two apartments and probably one studio from 14.06 to 21.06 and just want to know how are the apartments and studios located? On the video I see one apartment on side and on the front side of the house one studio and another apartment.I dont see the fourth studio. Prices are the same like in this site, right? Thank you very much!

Odličan smeštaj, sve preporuke. Plaža je blizu, malo je prodavnica daleko ali nije strašno. Gazde su ljubazne, peškiri i posteljina se menjaju na 4-5 dana...što je sasvim dovoljno. Dana kada se zameni posteljina, obrišu i podove. Uvek ima vode. Kuhinja ima sve potrebne elemente...nemam zamerki.

Izuzetno ljubazni domaćini, docekali su nas srdačno, vlasnica napravila kafu dok smo cekali da soba bude spremna. Usli smo i pre dogovorenog vremena za ulazak u studio.Četvorokrevetni studio je bio savršeno čist, iako je mali imao je sve što nam je bilo potrebno (rernu, ringle, toster aparate za kafu, veliki frizider sa komorom, svo posudje i escajg, klima uredjaj). Po jedan veliki i po jedan mali peskir za svakog od nas koje nam je vlasnica promenila na pola letovanja, kao i posteljinu. Takodje smo dobili deterdzent za sudje, sapun, toalet papir. Dvorište je ogromno, terasa ispred studia takodje i citavog dana u hladovini. Ima namestaj za sedenje napolju, rostilj i dosta igracaka za decu. Ima dovoljno parking mesta za sve goste. Plaza je na 2 min hoda a vecina najlepsih plaza Sitonije na 5-10 min voznje autom. Uzivali smo i rado ćemo se vratiti u Lemonis Zoi.

Prijatna i domaćinska atmosfera, uredno i čisto sa udobnim krevetima, prostrano dvorište sa hladovinom, 3min. hoda do plaže 😊
