A beautiful vacation, warm-hearted hosts, close to the sea. We will surely return again.

We were accommodated in an apartment with a spacious terrace, and in this accommodation, you pay for the terrace and the beautiful view of the sea, while everything else is average. Internet is virtually non-existent, as there is no router in the apartment; instead, you receive a password for the internet from a paid bar, and the signal is extremely weak. Outside on the terrace, it is barely detectable, while inside the apartment, there is no signal at all, and when the beach is crowded, which is every day, there is no internet bandwidth. You are connected, but there is no bandwidth. We complained several times, but the owner blames the operator Cosmote for the poor connection; I believe that an average home internet connection cannot serve both the beach and the apartments. From the terrace, several Wi-Fi networks from nearby bars can be caught, but from the main Emanuel's bar - there is none. Also, there is no barbecue available; upon our inquiries, Emanuela told us several times that the police have prohibited open flames, although it concerns a barbecue, not a campfire. It is peaceful, but only in the morning when there is no one around. Next to the apartment with the terrace, near the bedroom with a French bed, there is a pump that supplies the entire complex with water, which turns on every minute, day and night; it is not in a shaft but outdoors and is very noisy. Additionally, next to the apartment with the terrace, in the camp cabin, are Emanuela's parents or her husband's, we couldn't figure that out, who are generally quiet, but they use the yard next to the apartment as their own, hanging laundry in the area where the apartment with the terrace is and watering the grass whenever it suits them, so it is not as intimate as the owner of the apartment suggests. The staff from the bar arrives for work on noisy motorcycles, so you can expect to be woken up around 8 a.m. ("the motor has no muffler"). The water is technical and visibly yellow, but it is present, which is the most important thing. The hosts are cordial and willing to help, but they are essentially not very interested in you, and even when you complain about something, someone else is always to blame. Sun loungers come with the apartment; we received them without charge. Parking is guaranteed next to the apartment, but since the entire Emanuel family comes daily with their cars and motorcycles to the bar, exiting the parking lot can be quite complicated. Also, when you return from an outing to another beach, Emanuel's will occupy your parking space and will not pay attention to you on the principle of - first come, first served, until they leave, as they do not live there, but go somewhere every day where their house is, so then you can maneuver. There is no cleaning of the apartment; you will only receive bedding if you ask for it, on the principle of "do it yourself or change it yourself." The terrace is beautiful, but due to the fact that the flooring throughout the complex is sandy, and due to the large number of tourists and delivery vehicles, a lot of dust is raised, so you will have to clean a significant amount of dust from the table on the terrace before every meal and coffee. The beach is stunning, sandy, and the water is crystal clear, but because of this, it is very crowded, with many children, so do not expect peace and quiet on the beach.

The entire family is exceptionally kind, the accommodation is located right on the beach, and the apartment is equipped with basic necessities. It is tidy and clean.

A beautiful accommodation in a splendid location. Emmanuela, the hostess, is a wonderful woman and a true friend. We will return again.

The owner is extremely kind and helpful. The beach is located just in front of the accommodation. Generally, it is calm and quiet, except when the owner's son rides his motorcycle (multiple times a day), which is very loud. It is unfair to claim that the accommodation has Wi-Fi, as the signal can only be caught in patches, sometimes only on the terrace. Sun loungers are free for guests; otherwise, they cost €7. The beach belonging to the accommodation is littered with many cigarette butts and other trash, and it has not been cleaned even once in 10 days.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location, practically right on the beach. It is clean, tidy, and the hosts are exceptionally kind. I highly recommend it. The beach is beautiful, with fine sand and crystal-clear water. Ideal for parents with small children! Highly recommended.

Although there is a cottage available on Nikana's website, we were accommodated in a similar cottage nearby, which one might say is "on the foam of the sea." On the road from Sikija to Klimatarija, you will encounter three smaller coves, but Klimatarija is the icing on the cake. A tavern (run by Emanuela's family) and a few steps separate you from the beach. Forget about slippers and beach bags, as you are already at the beach. The accommodation is, I would say, new. You enter a room with three single beds, and from there into a room with a double bed. From this room, you enter the kitchen, and from there into the bathroom. Unlike the cottage described on Nikana's website and the review pertaining to it, the air conditioning here works flawlessly, as does the stove with two burners, and there is always hot water. Emanuela is accommodating, speaks English, and communication is easy. When we arrived, we were greeted with refreshments on the terrace, which offers shade after 10:30. From 10:30 to 11:30, a van arrives at Klimatarija delivering bread and pastries, stopping right in front of the cottage. Nearby Klimatarija are the beaches of Tigania (5 minutes by car), Kriarici, and Kalamici... Sarti is close, so those who enjoy crowds can easily reach it. We visited twice and noticed that the temperature is higher in the evenings, and the crowds are significant. For those seeking a peaceful retreat amidst the most beautiful colors of the sea, waking up and lounging to the sound of waves, Emanuela's house is precisely what you desire.

We stayed at Emmanuela's house with three children, one of whom is a nine-month-old baby. It was very important for us to be close to the beach so we wouldn't have to walk too much with the baby. Emmanuela and her family were exceptionally kind hosts who warmly welcomed us and were at our service throughout our stay. A van with pastries, bread, and donuts arrives every day between 10:45 and 11:30, so there were no issues with procuring quick breakfasts, bread, and affordable treats. Shopping is done in Sykiu or supermarkets in Sarti, which is about a 10 or 20-minute drive. The water is not suitable for drinking, but there is more than enough for bathing and other necessities. The hot water must be turned on upon arrival, and the air conditioning is a bit tricky to manage, so it's advisable to spend about 10-15 minutes on that. The accommodation consists of two rooms, with three single beds and one double bed, and the kitchen is right at the entrance. There are enough utensils and plates, although there was only one knife. The two cooking rings behaved oddly, and we never got used to them until the very last day. There is a balcony with a table and four chairs that is in the shade 90% of the time and can be used for all family activities. What we were not satisfied with was the fact that no one changed the bed linens during our entire stay. Along with the accommodation, we were given the option to reserve any sunbed with an umbrella in the morning, and the hosts did not ask us to pay for them or justify our drinks (although we did take drinks regardless). Frappe coffee, juices, and beer are around 3 euros. You also get half a liter of water with coffee. A portion of gyros and a fruit salad costs 7.5 euros and is worth it. Food at other taverns on the beach is more expensive, depending on what you order, of course. There is not much crowd on the beach in the morning until 10, and at 8 there is no one around. The umbrellas with sunbeds are spaced out, so even the crowd at peak times is bearable. Waves are possible, but if they appear, it means there is a tsunami in Sarti. Generally, the water is calm, clear, and pleasant. There were a few days when jellyfish showed up, but the hosts quickly cleaned them away. All in all, we enjoyed the beauty of Klimatarija, and the accommodation was a secondary concern.
