Hotel Description

Emmanuela House is an accommodation located on the beautiful, sandy beach of Klimatarija in Sikia. There are two cottages available, one apartment and one studio, making it an ideal choice for those seeking privacy and tranquility.

A few meters in front of the house, there is a bar that leads to the beach, where you will find several bars and a tavern. For everything else, you need to go to the village of Sikia (about 7.5km away), and on the way to the village, there is a bakery (3.6km) and a supermarket (4.4km).

In one ground-floor cottage (studio No. 1), the living room has a sofa for two people and two single beds, with an entrance from the living room to the bedroom where a double bed is located. The living room is separated from the bedroom by a door, and from the bedroom, you enter the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bedroom are separated by a curtain, and there are no doors when entering the living room from the kitchen. The bathroom only has tiles with a shower.

The other ground-floor cottage (apartment No. 2) consists of two bedrooms (only one separated by a door), a kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. In the bedroom separated by a door, there is a double bed, and in the other, three single beds. The bathroom has a partitioned shower area.

The kitchen is equipped with standard amenities, including a stove and a small refrigerator. On the terrace, there is a seating set from which you can enjoy a sea view. The accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV and internet.

In the small courtyard next to the terrace, there is a barbecue, and private parking is available in front or behind the house.

The best way to reach the accommodation is from Sikia Beach. Coming from Sarti, turn towards Sikia Beach, then continue straight to the sea and the intersection, then turn right (the road to the left leads along Sikia Beach towards Sarti). After passing the tavern “5 Steps in the Sand,” continue straight, and at the first road junction (just before Turkolimnionas Beach), turn right uphill. This part of the road is narrow and along a cliff, so drive carefully. After a few minutes of driving, you will see Klimatarija Beach. Continue to descend to the overpass, turn left towards the beach, and you will see Emmanuela House on the right. If you want to avoid the cliffside road, coming from Sarti, do not turn towards Sikia, but continue for a few hundred meters towards Kalamitsi and turn left off the main road at the sign for Klimatarija Beach.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
