Accommodation description

At the forefront of Sikia beach stands the luxurious Irina Boutique villa. Surrounded by a spacious courtyard with a pool, all accommodation units are very modernly equipped, ready for the comfortable stay of guests.

A long and wide sandy beach is right in front of the villa. Within the villa complex, there is a breakfast bar, next to it a tavern, and about 300m away is a store within the camp.

There are seven rooms available, two one-bedroom apartments, and three two-bedroom apartments, located on the ground floor (No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10) and on the first floor (No. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16). All double rooms have a queen-size bed, and the triple room has a queen-size and a single bed. The quadruple rooms No. 3, 12, and apartments No. 11 and 14 have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed for two, while apartments No. 10 and 15 have one queen-size and two single beds. The five-person apartment No. 1 has one queen-size, one single bed, and a sofa.

All accommodation units have air conditioning (apartments with two bedrooms have two), internet, TV, safe, mosquito nets, kitchen, and bathroom. There is no stove in the kitchen because cooking is not allowed, but there is a kettle and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom features a shower cabin and a hairdryer. All accommodation units have balconies except for No. 15 and 16, and all overlook the courtyard. Cleaning is done every three days, as well as replacing bed linen and towels.

Within the spacious and fenced courtyard, there are seating sets, a fountain, a pool, covered sun loungers, and private parking.

You will easily reach the accommodation by driving along the street next to Sikia beach. After about 700m, you will see the villa on the left.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
