Our description
Luxury villa Irina Boutique is located in the first row to the Sykia beach. It is surrounded by a spacious yard with a swimming pool, and all accommodation units are very modernly equipped, ready for a comfortable stay.
The long and wide sandy beach is right in front of the villa. Within the villa there is a bar where breakfast is served, next to it there is a tavern, and about 300m away there is a supermarket within the camp.
It offers seven rooms, two one-bedroom apartments and three two-bedroom apartments, located on the ground floor (No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10) and on the first floor (No. 11, 12, 13 , 14, 15, 16). All two-bed rooms have a double bed and the three-bed room has a double bed and a single bed. Four-bed rooms no. 3, 12 and apartments no. 11 and 14 have a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons, and apartments no. 10 and 15 have one double and two single beds. Five-bed apartment no. 1 has one double bed, one single bed and a sofa.
All accommodation units have air conditioning (apartments with two bedrooms have two), internet, TV, safe, mosquito nets, kitchen and bathroom. There are no hot plates within the kitchen because cooking is not allowed, but there is a kettle and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms have a shower cabin and hairdryer. All accommodation units have balcony except no. 15 and 16 and every balcony overlooks the yard. Cleaning is done every day, and linen and towels are changed at the guests' request.
Within the spacious and fenced yard there are seating area, fountain, swimming pool, covered deck chairs and private parking lot.
The easiest way to reach the accommodation is by driving along the street next to Sykia Beach. After about 700m you will see the villa on the left.

Irina Boutique Villa has been designed to offer privacy and relaxation to visitors looking for a hidden escape to a very special resort, a wonderful combination of luxury and elegance within the well-known peninsula of Sithonia.
The villa is located on Sykia beach of, between Sarti and Kalamitsi, just a 4-minute on foot away from the sea. It consists of 12 modern and fully equipped apartments with a private and large balcony. Apartments include a TV, refrigerator, full kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi internet and a bathroom with a shower and hot water 24/7. Cleaning is performed every day, and our personnel provides you with clean sheets, pillowcases and towels for showering and the beach. A laundry room with drying machine is also provided.
The villa has a pool with external showers and a WC. Next to it, you will find the breakfast area with a fresh breakfast prepared from high-quality local ingredients. The visitors are free to use the outdoor BBQ and the resting area. Additionally, we provide a reception service and a snack bar with a lot of choices.
The resort is fully secured and private parking is provided (access with a unique room key card only). External area is equipped with an advanced biological anti-mosquito system to drive away unwanted visitors.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
