Accommodation description

In the second row, next to the beautiful sandy beach of Valti, there are six quadruple studios located on the ground floor. The studios were completely renovated in 2024. They feature one double bed and a sofa for two people. All studios are equipped with air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets on the windows, a kitchen equipped with hotplates and a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a bathroom with a separate shower area. A baby cot is available upon request, and pets are allowed with prior arrangement.

In front of the studios, there is a spacious courtyard with a gazebo with a barbecue and seating sets, as well as a private parking with enough space for all guests.

The accommodation is new and well-furnished; however, it is impractical for more than two people as everything feels quite cramped.

An ideal choice for guests who value, above all, the closeness to the beach and cleanliness. The apartments have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space is a bit compact for a family of four, but if the accommodation is mainly for sleeping and an afternoon break, that slight tightness is easy to overlook. The apartments are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed every three days, and in the yard you’ll find a barbecue as well as facilities for children. Parking is provided in the yard, and the beach is just a one-minute walk from the apartments.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
