On the main road, just 5 km from Sarti, in one of the most spacious yards in the village of Sykia, lies this newly built and modernly equipped accommodation with a beautifully landscaped lawn, gazebo, barbecue, and private parking. An excellent choice for all lovers of dynamic vacations who plan to visit several places and famous beaches in Sithonia. The nearest sandy beach of the same name, Sykia, is located 1.5 km away.

There are a total of eight modernly equipped double or quadruple accommodation units available.

Two double studios with a kitchen and bathroom have a double bed (25m2) and are located on the first or second floor (2 Bed Studio). They can accommodate two people. Six quadruple apartments with a living room and kitchen, bathroom, and separate bedroom have a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom (4 Bed Apartment). They can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartments vary in size and floors, so there are three different types of apartments.

One quadruple apartment (30m2) located on the ground floor (4 Bed Apartment, Ground Floor, Deluxe), three quadruple apartments (35m2) located on the first or second floor (4 Bed Apartment, Superior), two quadruple apartments (40m2) located on the first or second floor (4 Bed Apartment, Deluxe).

All units have air conditioning, mosquito nets, smart TV (32”), free WiFi, a hairdryer. They have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, offering guests a ceramic hob with two burners, a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer (except for one double studio which has a standard fridge with a freezing compartment). All units have a bathroom with a shower cabin.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

All units have a balcony, while apartments on the upper floor have two balconies.

All units overlook the yard.

All units have private parking.

The yard is beautifully landscaped with a large well-maintained lawn and natural shade. It features a children’s playground, seating sets, a fabric swing for adult relaxation, a gazebo, a shared barbecue, and parking.

Pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owner.

Excellent accommodation hygiene. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are exceptionally kind, and the lodging is very beautiful and spacious. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities and is cleaned daily.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
