Family house Maria is located 300m from the beach. There are 4 studios in Maria's House and Maria's House 2 accommodations.
In Maria's House 2 there are two studios - one is a three bed (with one french bed and one single bed) and one is a four bed studio (with one french bed and one bunk bed).All units have a kitchen with a stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer, a bathroom with an open shower (tiles only), mosquito nets, internet and a balcony with a table and chairs. A baby cot is available on request. Pets are welcome.
The accommodation is surrounded by a spacious, fenced yard, full of greenery and natural shade, with toys for children, a barbecue and a table and chairs. Private parking is provided inside it for all guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
