If you want to be accommodated on the pristine beach of Klimataria, one of the most beautiful in Sithonia, Ntina Viky accommodation can be the perfect choice for you. It is ideal for those seeking privacy and tranquility.
The owners of this accommodation have a tavern located in front of the studios, where you can indulge in traditional Greek specialties at affordable prices. The beach is only a few dozen meters away, and the nearest shop is located 3km from the accommodation.
There are four studios available, located on the upper ground floor, two of which have a direct sea view, while the other two have a garden view. All units have recently been renovated and each has a double bed and bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with two burners, a kettle, and necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower (only tiles). Each terrace has its own seating set, separated by a lower partition wall.
All units are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi internet. Towels and bed linen are changed every four days, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay.
The accommodation complex has a private parking area. Guests also have access to a barbecue.

Owners description
Ntina Viky Studios is an accommodation located in an excellent location due to direct access to Klimataria beach through an unfenced courtyard.
There are four studios available, two of which have a direct view of the sea and two of which have a view of the courtyard. All are located on the high ground floor and each has its own veranda with seating.
Each studio has one double bed and one bunk bed.
Each studio has a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two hotplates, air conditioning, kettle, TV. The bathroom has a shower.
Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, and guests take care of cleaning themselves.
Pets are allowed. This accommodation is available all year round so even during the colder months you can enjoy the view of the sea and the beach.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
