If you want to be accommodated on the pristine beach of Klimataria, one of the most beautiful in Sithonia, Ntina Viky accommodation can be the perfect choice for you. It is ideal for those seeking privacy and tranquility.

The owners of this accommodation have a tavern located in front of the studios, where you can indulge in traditional Greek specialties at affordable prices. The beach is only a few dozen meters away, and the nearest shop is located 3km from the accommodation.

There are four studios available, located on the upper ground floor, two of which have a direct sea view, while the other two have a garden view. All units have recently been renovated and each has a double bed and bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with two burners, a kettle, and necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower (only tiles). Each terrace has its own seating set, separated by a lower partition wall.

All units are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi internet. Towels and bed linen are changed every four days, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay.

The accommodation complex has a private parking area. Guests also have access to a barbecue.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
