Description
The Lemis House is located in close proximity to all the amenities of the village of Sykia. Nearby, there are shops, bakeries, restaurants, and pharmacies, and Saturdays are market days, so fresh local products can also be purchased.
The entire house is available for rent, and everything is on the same level, on the upper ground floor. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, and two balconies. One room has a queen-size bed, and the other has two single beds, while the living room has a sofa on which a child can sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has been renovated, but there is no cabin or bathtub, only an open shower. The balcony has a table and chairs. The house is also equipped with a television, three air conditioning units (one in each room), internet, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels. Clean sets are available for change every fifth day.
Parking is available in the yard or in front of the house. The nearest beach is Sykia, a beautiful, wide sandy beach where there are no crowds even in August, just a 5-minute drive from the house.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
