Cortessia & Gardenscape Apartments is located in Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula, a few meters from the main street where there are shops, bakeries, pharmacies, taverns, bars and everything you might need on vacation. Sykia beach is a little more than 5km away, and you can visit other beautiful beaches in this part of the peninsula by car.
As part of this accommodation, we offer a studio and apartments located in the same courtyard.
Cortessia Apartment is located on the upper ground floor and is intended for accommodation of up to seven people, since it contains two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a kitchen that contains a sofa for two people. There is a folding armchair in one bedroom.
Gardenscape Studio No.1 contains a double bed with a bed drawer and a folding armchair, so it can accommodate four people.
The Gardenscape Apartment No.2 contains a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room with the kitchen there is a sofa for two people, so the maximum capacity of this unit is for four people.
A baby cot or folding extra bed can be added upon request and at no additional cost.
These air-conditioned accommodation units include a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine in the apartments, a hair dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with a large oven and four hotplates, a microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine and an instant coffee mixer.
Guests of each unit can spend time on the balcony equipped with seating set.
In the fenced yard, full of flowers and greenery, guests can complete their stay with the possibility of preparing a barbecue, while their little ones enjoy active play on the swings and slide.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior agreement with the owners.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are available to guests upon request and at no additional cost.
Guests can park their car in the yard, which has capacity for two cars, or in the surrounding streets.
The distance of Cortessia & Gardenscape Apartments from the international airport in Thessaloniki is 141km, from the famous resort of Sarti 11km and from Toroni 23km by highway.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
