Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Cortessia & Gardenscape Apartments is located in Sikia, on the Sithonia peninsula, just a few meters from the main street where you can find shops, bakeries, pharmacies, taverns, bars, and everything you might need for a pleasant holiday. Sikia Beach is a little over 5 km away, and with a car, you can explore other beautiful beaches in this part of the peninsula.
The accommodation offers studios and apartments situated within the same courtyard.
Cortessia Apartment is located on a high ground floor and can accommodate up to seven people. It features two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a kitchen that includes a sofa bed for two people. One of the bedrooms also has a fold-out armchair.
Gardenscape Studio No.1 includes a double bed with a pull-out drawer bed and a fold-out armchair, making it suitable for up to four people.
Gardenscape Apartment No.2 has a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for two in the living room with a kitchen, accommodating a maximum of four people.
Upon request and at no additional charge, a baby cot or a fold-out extra bed can be added.
These air-conditioned studios and apartments come equipped with a TV, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine (in the apartments), a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, an oven with four burners, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, and a frother for making Greek coffee.
Each unit has a private balcony with seating furniture where guests can relax.
The enclosed courtyard, full of flowers and greenery, provides guests with a barbecue area, while children can enjoy playing on the swings and slide.
Pets are allowed, subject to prior agreement with the owners.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are available on request and at no extra cost.
Guests can park their cars in the courtyard, which has a capacity for two vehicles, or in front of the accommodation.
The distance from Cortessia & Gardenscape Apartments to Thessaloniki International Airport is 141 km, to the popular resort of Sarti is 11 km, and to Toroni is 23 km via the main road.
