Ammos Studio is located on the beautiful beach of Klimataria, one of the most stunning beaches in Sithonia, 8km away from the town of Sikia. Sunbeds are provided for the guests of this accommodation on the mentioned sandy beach.
This wooden cottage, with a maximum capacity for three people, is situated on the high ground floor and features a double bed and a sofa for one person.
In this air-conditioned accommodation unit, guests have access to free WiFi, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a shower without a curtain in the bathroom. The unit doesn't have a kitchen or TV.
Guests can spend warm summer days, with a direct view of the sea, on the balcony equipped with a table and chairs.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation upon request.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
