Accommodation description

Stergios House, a residence with private parking, is located in Sikia, a small and peaceful village that offers all the necessary amenities for a tranquil family vacation, at a distance of 5.7km from the nearest sandy beach, Sikia, famous for its turquoise water and beloved by campers. If you head south from there, you will discover a series of smaller, nicely arranged beaches that are definitely worth visiting.

Offering one three-bed apartment (3 Bed Apartment) of 40m2, suitable for up to 3 persons. A maximum of three adults are allowed. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a separate bedroom. The bedroom contains a double bed, while the living room has a single sofa bed.

The accommodation does not provide a crib for babies.

In this air-conditioned accommodation with mosquito nets, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, and a kitchen equipped with a flat four-ring stove, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and necessary dinnerware. The bathroom includes a shower with a curtain.

The apartment offers a view of the street and the mountain, with a private entrance to the covered veranda furnished with a seating set.

The house does not have a separate yard, as the entrance is directly from the street.

Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen, is done every fourth day.

A parking space is provided for the guests of the accommodation.

We had a wonderful time at Stergios House. The home is spotless and tastefully furnished, with a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and veranda, excellent Wi‑Fi, and just a five-minute walk from the village centre. A parking space is also provided—an invaluable convenience in Sikia. The hostess, Maria, is exceptionally kind and always ready to help.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
