Hotel Description

Fox Studios is located in a tranquil setting outside the village of Sikia, in the southeast of Sithonia. The distance from Sikia Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in this part of Greece, is 900m.

This accommodation consists of a total of eight studios spread over the ground floor and first floor, with a maximum capacity for three or four people. The triple studios feature a double bed or two single beds combined with a single bed, a fold-out armchair or a trundle bed, while the quadruple studios have a double bed and a sofa for two people or bunk beds.

In these air-conditioned units, guests have access to a flat-screen smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, two glass-ceramic hobs and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower without a tub, with a glass screen.

Guests can spend warm summer days, with a view of the courtyard, on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating set.

In the courtyard, there is a shared seating area for adults and children in the shade of olive trees.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units, as well as changing of bed linens and towels, is done every three to four days.

Parking is available within the premises for guests.

Fox Studios is located approximately 6km from the village of Sikia, 7km from Sarti and 136km from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
