Description
Villagia House is a brand new accommodation located in the village of Sykia, on the southeastern side of Sithonia, approximately 3km away from the nearest beach.
The accommodation unit is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove and a standard fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower (only tiles).
On hot summer days, overlooking the garden, guests can spend time on the veranda equipped with a seating set.
In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
