Located in a quiet part of Sykia, the largest and one of the oldest villages on Sithonia, it is an ideal base for exploring the entire peninsula. Although not directly on the coast, several beautiful beaches are nearby, including Sykia Beach, a Blue Flag awardee, which is 5 km away. Sykia exudes an authentic atmosphere, with its traditional charm and hospitable locals making your stay even more enjoyable. Urban Koukouroumas House is the perfect blend of peace, natural beauty, and a great location for your vacation.

The property offers a maisonette-style apartment spread over two levels: the first floor and an attic. It is designed to accommodate five adults and two children.

The lower level features a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a toilet, while the upper level consists of one bedroom and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The living room includes a sofa for one person and another sofa for two children.

This air-conditioned accommodation has air conditioning units in the living room and one bedroom. Guests have access to a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners, a large oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

Guests can relax and enjoy the mountain view from the balcony, which is furnished with a seating area.

Pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior arrangement.

Guests enter a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, with an option for additional cleaning at an extra charge. A replacement set of bed linens and towels is available every five days, which guests change themselves.

While a guaranteed parking space is not provided, street parking is usually available in front of the property.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
