Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Summer Paradise Studios is located in the south of beautiful Sithonia, in a peaceful location, just outside the village of Sykia. The surroundings offer a relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The modest but pleasantly furnished studios offer the possibility for a peaceful, fulfilling holiday. This can be a great starting point for exploring the southern part of this increasingly popular peninsula. The nearest beach is Sykia beach at 1km, while Klimataria beach is 3.8km away.
This accommodation includes three studios for two adults and two children up to the age of 15, located on the first floor (No. 1, No. 2 and No. 4) and two studios for two people, one on the first floor (No. 3) and the other on the ground floor (No. 5). The double studios are equipped with a double bed, while the quadruple studios have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
Guests can add a cot and this service is included in the price.
These air-conditioned studios offer guests a TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator with freezer compartment, hob with two glass ceramic rings, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
Guests can enjoy balconies or verandas overlooking the street or the mountain, which are equipped with seating sets.

Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
