Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The studios are located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child. Each unit includes a bathroom and a kitchen area, furnished with a double bed that is slightly narrower than standard size, and a single bed. The space is compact and well-organized, suitable for both short and extended stays.
Guests have access to air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a nescafe frother, a small stove with two burners, and a mini oven, and a toaster in one studio, while the other includes a cooktop with two burners. This setup makes it convenient to prepare light and quick meals – perfect for summer dining.
A spacious furnited veranda with seating provides an ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach or to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the garden, adorned with fragrant plants and floral accents.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space, while bed linen and towels are changed every fifth day.
