In the heart of the picturesque village of Sikia, just 250 meters from the golden shores of the Aegean Sea, lies Leonidas Studios - a pleasant, functional, and carefully decorated space, perfect for a summer retreat. Situated on the ground floor of a family house, nestled among greenery, it offers the warmth of simplicity combined with subtle details that give a touch of homely comfort to the stay. The accommodation is in an exceptionally good location in Sikia, with the main local beach and the town center very close by, making all the amenities that Sikia has to offer easily accessible. This simple, yet meticulously decorated space, provides everything needed for a comfortable stay - ideal for couples or small families looking for practical accommodation in one of the more popular resorts in Greece.

The studios on offer are located on the ground floor and feature a sleeping area with a kitchen and bathroom. The triple studios have a queen bed narrower than standard and a single bed, accommodating up to three people, with a maximum of two adults, while the quadruple studios have two queen beds narrower than standard and can accommodate up to four people, with a maximum of two adults. The space is very compact and well-organized, offering the possibility of both longer and shorter stays.

A baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge.

In the studios with mosquito nets, guests have access to air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, and a hairdryer. The studios are equipped with a kitchen containing a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The quadruple studio has a small stove with two burners and a small oven, as well as a toaster, while the triple studios have a ceramic hob with two heating zones. In such a well-conceived kitchen, it is very convenient to prepare light and quick, proper summer meals.

The bathroom of the quadruple studio has a shower with only tiles, while the triple studios have a bathroom with a built-in shower cabin with or without a glass partition.

The spacious veranda with seating area is an ideal spot for relaxation after returning from the beach or enjoying morning coffee overlooking the courtyard, enriched with fragrant plants and floral details.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space, as well as changing the bed linen and towels. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available every fifth day.

Guests can park their vehicles directly in the courtyard where the studios are located, ensuring convenient and easy access to the accommodation. There is also a shared barbecue in the courtyard.

In the immediate vicinity of Leonidas Studios is another popular resort, Sarti, located 9 km away. The city of Thessaloniki is 148 km from the studios, while the nearest international airport - Makedonia Airport in Thessaloniki - is 139 km away, allowing for a quick and easy arrival for all guests who prefer to travel by plane.

The accommodation is the best we have ever experienced. A paradise of peace and tranquility, with wonderful hosts, a spacious and joyful courtyard, and all the apartments are impeccably clean – every towel and bed linen had a delightful scent, while the bathroom and kitchen were sterile and spotless. The house is set back from the road, allowing for nights filled only with the sound of waves! In Sikija, there is a market, a restaurant, and a pizza bar, along with two beach bars, all just 2 minutes from the accommodation. Within a 10-minute drive, you can find pharmacies, shops, fast food outlets, and bakeries. A true paradise in Halkidiki for those who seek serenity and a peaceful vacation. We will definitely return to them ❤️

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
