Situated on the ground floor of a family home, nestled amidst greenery, it offers the warmth of simplicity combined with subtle touches that lend a sense of homely comfort. Thanks to its excellent location, the main local beach and the village center are within easy reach, making all that Sykia has to offer readily accessible. This modest yet carefully designed space provides everything needed for a comfortable stay – making it an ideal choice for couples or small families looking for practical accommodation in one of Greece’s most popular seaside destinations.

The offer includes studios located on the ground floor, consisting of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. The triple studios feature a double bed and a single bed and can accommodate two adults and one child, while the quadruple studios have two narrower-than-standard double beds and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. The space is very compact and well organized, making it suitable for both longer and shorter stays.

Guests have access to air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a nescafe frother, a small stove with two burners, and a mini oven, and a toaster in one studio, while the other includes a cooktop with two burners. This setup makes it convenient to prepare light and quick meals – perfect for summer dining.

A spacious furnited veranda with seating provides an ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach or to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the garden, adorned with fragrant plants and floral accents.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space, while bed linen and towels are changed every fifth day.

Guests can park their vehicles directly in the courtyard where the studios are located, ensuring convenient and easy access to the accommodation.

Just 9km away from Leonidas Studios is another popular seaside destination Sarti. The city of Thessaloniki is 148km away, while the nearest international airport – Thessaloniki’s Macedonia Airport – is located 139km from the property, providing quick and easy access for guests who prefer to travel by air.

The accommodation is the best we have ever experienced. A paradise of peace and tranquility, with wonderful hosts, a spacious and joyful courtyard, and all the apartments are impeccably clean – every towel and bed linen had a delightful scent, while the bathroom and kitchen were sterile and spotless. The house is set back from the road, allowing for nights filled only with the sound of waves! In Sikija, there is a market, a restaurant, and a pizza bar, along with two beach bars, all just 2 minutes from the accommodation. Within a 10-minute drive, you can find pharmacies, shops, fast food outlets, and bakeries. A true paradise in Halkidiki for those who seek serenity and a peaceful vacation. We will definitely return to them ❤️

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
