Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Sias Cozy Studio is located in the seaside town of Sikia, on the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in a quiet area, just 500m from the nearest beach, it is an ideal choice for a family holiday and relaxation. It has a spacious and beautifully decorated yard, as well as a barbecue area, where you can enjoy various activities in the fresh air.
This studio, which is on the ground floor level, can accommodate a maximum of four adults. Apart from the bathroom, the studio also has a kitchen area with a double bed and a sofa for two people.
Upon request and within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.
In this air-conditioned studio, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
It has a private veranda with a table and chairs for sitting, as well as a large landscaped yard, where there is a shared barbecue, seating furniture and a small playground for children.
On request, and within the price, pets are welcome.
During their stay, guests take care of cleaning the apartment themselves, as well as changing the bed linen and towels they have at their disposal. A service cleaning option is possible, which is charged additionally.
For guests of the accommodation, a parking space is provided within the facility, in the yard.
