Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Moments Studios is located in the village of Sikia, on Sithonia, 40 meters from the sandy beach and 5 km from the central square. Comfortable and simply furnished accommodation represents an ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea.
There are two accommodation units available, located on the ground floor and able to accommodate up to three adults. The apartment consists of a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a single bed.
The air-conditioned accommodation offers a TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen equipped with two burners and a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a kettle.
From the shared veranda, equipped with a seating set, there is a side view of the sea. Guests can also enjoy barbecuing with family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for changing them.
There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
