Moments Studios is located in the village of Sikia, on Sithonia, 40 meters from the sandy beach and 5 km from the central square. Comfortable and simply furnished accommodation represents an ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea.

There are two accommodation units available, located on the ground floor and able to accommodate up to three adults. The apartment consists of a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a single bed.

The air-conditioned accommodation offers a TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen equipped with two burners and a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a kettle.

From the shared veranda, equipped with a seating set, there is a side view of the sea. Guests can also enjoy barbecuing with family and friends.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for changing them.

There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Moments Studios is 550 meters away from Linaraki beach, 450 meters from Tourkolimnionas beach, 12 km from Sarti, and 142 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

I do not recommend this accommodation; we had to leave and look for a new one. Nikana helped us and found us a lovely place within one day. I really do not recommend anyone spending that one night we stayed in Moments Studio. The first reason is that our baby was bitten by some bugs and was covered in spots and swollen for days. Second, when you close everything, a smell starts coming from the drains in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is more of a toilet without a bathtub, just a shower in an improvised shed added onto the rest of the building. The kitchen units have a stale smell; we found it disgusting, so we bought plastic cups and cutlery. Later we saw those same units on the street below the accommodation, lying in the dust next to a building with broken glass, full of that old junk. It was probably brought from there as well. This accommodation should not be rented to families with small children, and certainly not for this price. The landlady refused to refund the amount we had paid, so we paid half of the rest of the holiday ourselves and Nikana refunded the other half.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
