Although these apartments are well-regarded, we did not have such a good experience. The garden is very beautiful and lush, and the location is equally excellent and close to the beach. Another good thing is the private parking, which is secured. What bothered us was the loud noise, as the house rules were not observed. The apartment we stayed in was not clean enough; in fact, it required thorough cleaning (curtains, ceilings, dishware, etc.). The apartments are cleaned daily but not thoroughly enough. The air conditioner was uncomfortably loud, which normally would not be such a problem if we were not there with a baby who woke up because of it. In short, the value for money was not satisfactory.

An exceptional location for the apartment. The apartments have their own loungers and a sun umbrella, which is a wonderful addition. The apartments boast a beautiful courtyard with ample space for relaxation. In the afternoons and evenings, the courtyard is simply delightful.

The accommodation is glorious. We truly enjoyed our respite; everything lies at our fingertips. We stayed in a two-level studio for two adults and two children, and there was ample space. The lodging is lovely, spacious, and spotless; the kitchen is outfitted with dishes and appliances, so you need not worry about lacking anything. Linens and towels are changed every four days, and cleaning is carried out daily. The beach is within easy reach, and from the terrace you can savor the view of the shore. The property offers sun loungers and umbrellas, so you won’t have to scramble for a spot on the beach. The owners are always available; Frossi speaks Serbian, which makes everything easier on that front as well. Behind the accommodation lies a very spacious parking area; you receive a remote for the gate, allowing you to fully unwind.

I believe that the price-quality ratio is questionable when the request comes through agencies, as we learned from neighbors who communicated directly with the owners that they paid 30 euros less per person for the same room. Additionally, it is shameful that a child/baby is counted as a package for a five-person room. Therefore, it is advisable to communicate directly with the owners. I recommend apartment 1b, as it is the only one in the shade for most of the day.

The accommodation is excellent, clean, and tidy. The owners are present, unobtrusive, and always ready to assist if needed. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing stay, and it matches the description perfectly. We regret that we booked late and could only stay for 10 nights.

One of the most beautiful vacations. If you enjoy being close to the beach, the comfort of a lovely courtyard filled with numerous loungers, chairs, and shade, this is the place for you. The beach features sand with a few pebbles, but they are hardly a bother. It’s perfect for both small and older children. The hosts are fantastic. Everything is nearby - a bakery, a shop, a tavern. Everything you need is right here. A vacation deserving of a perfect score.

An excellent accommodation in a superb location. The hosts are very kind, and the studio is perfectly equipped. You have everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Perhaps the square footage was a bit smaller for the three of us than we expected, but we quickly adapted as everything else was truly wonderful. The proximity to the sea, the beach, and the lovely yard, along with the sun loungers and umbrellas, is a significant advantage, especially when you have a small child, as you can truly relax. Communication with the hosts is quick and easy. Frosi speaks Serbian, which is an added benefit. We definitely plan to stay here again when we visit Sithonia. Highly recommended for everyone.

Beautifully organized, clean, and tidy apartment, with friendly yet unobtrusive hosts, and nearly all kitchen utensils available. An excellent arrangement with sun loungers and an umbrella, as well as a shared space in the courtyard. The proximity to the beach and the pristine sea all day long is perfect for smaller children. The noise in the evening from the promenade is not bothersome as the apartments are set back. WiFi is reliable, and there is spacious private parking. It would be ideal if the bathrooms were a bit larger and if there hadn't been a power outage, but all in all, we are very satisfied.

We are satisfied with the accommodation; however, the room containing the kitchen and two separate beds could be a bit larger.

The accommodation is excellent and situated in a superb location. If you are vacationing with young children, it will be particularly suitable for you. The sun loungers and the conveniently located sandy beach right in front of the house were additional features that meant a lot to us. The landlady is very kind and speaks Serbian. :)

The apartments are tastefully furnished with an exceptional eye for detail by the owner, who is wonderful, extremely accommodating, and speaks Serbian. The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. Behind the property, there is a spacious parking area with a remote-controlled gate, which is certainly an added bonus. However, for this price, I believe the apartments should be a bit larger; there were three of us (with a small child), and it was quite cramped. With a larger child or two (I noticed they accommodated them in our apartment), it would be overcrowded, especially for that price. In front of the accommodation, there is a beach that unfortunately has a rocky entrance, making it quite inconvenient to enter the water. If the beach were nicer, the accommodation would be a real gem, and you wouldn't even need to go anywhere else. This year, the cleaning of the apartments was not up to the standard one would expect from such accommodation. The cleaning staff, who seem to be rather careless, come only when you are present because they "didn't have time," meaning the apartment was cleaned barely three times and poorly.

The apartment is perfect. Furnished down to the smallest details... It feels just like home. The location is also excellent. The yard boasts a beautiful garden. The hosts are friendly, cheerful, and always available for any questions. I wholeheartedly recommend it and we will definitely return; I gladly recommend it to anyone considering this accommodation.

Unfortunately, we are not particularly impressed with this accommodation. It was cramped for the four of us; we received a triple studio plus a crib, even though we reserved a quadruple room, making the studio quite small for the price. The advantages of this accommodation are its proximity to the beach and the courtyard. Additionally, there is a good selection of utensils available, and it is nice that sunbeds are provided on the beach. However, overall, I believe the accommodation is overpriced for what it offers.

I stayed from August 12, 2018, to August 23. The space is exceptional, truly beautiful. Regarding hygiene and cleanliness of the room, it is perfectly clean. The room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace, and linens are all impeccably clean! The landlady is extraordinary! She speaks Serbian, is friendly, and always accommodates whatever you need! The landlady is a WONDERFUL woman! The accommodation is fantastic, I am thrilled! I recommend it to everyone who wants to vacation in Nikiti!

A beautifully arranged apartment with a side location. Given the stunning garden, a sea view is absolutely unnecessary. It is advisable to choose a ground-floor apartment when traveling with children. The absolute tranquility and well-maintained household rules are tailored for a relaxing holiday. In Greece, this accommodation is a remarkable exception in terms of quality.

The accommodation comes highly recommended. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a beautiful view of the sea. The courtyard resembles a scene from a fairy tale, with well-maintained grass allowing us to walk barefoot several times. The owner, Frosi, is a wonderful woman, always ready to help and very pleasant. The beach in front of the accommodation is beautifully arranged, and every guest has access to free loungers. What fascinated me the most was the fact that the kitchen is equipped with virtually everything (microwave, juicer, blender, toaster, coffee maker...). Additionally, the apartment includes an iron and a hairdryer. When all the lanterns, candles, and lights are lit in the evening, the courtyard takes on a lovely atmosphere. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. P.S. Owner Frosi makes it easier for her guests by having a bakery van come by every morning around 9:15 in front of the accommodation, offering everything you can find in a bakery (various types of bread, savory and sweet pastries, wraps, donuts, milk, water...). Anyone who chooses to stay at this accommodation will not regret it.

We stayed at this property from July 12 to July 24, 2016. The apartments are impeccably arranged. The owner (Frossi) has made sure that you have everything you need. They are exceptionally clean and tidy. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days. The furniture is made of wrought iron. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and looks fantastic, especially in the evening when all the solar lights are lit. The apartments are in the front row by the beach. Lidl is nearby, and Thessaloniki is 97 km away. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful Lagonissi beach, approximately 8 km distant. All in all, an excellent place for a holiday.
