One of the most popular accommodations for NikitiThe complex Ikies Mantsiou Apartments is located on a promenade in the center of Nikiti. The first thing that captures attention is the large and lovely arranged yard, equipped with comfortable loungers with canopies and open-air dining rooms for socializing and relaxation. With its ideal location, this villa provides a beautiful sea view and offers to its guests the opportunity to spend a vacation without using a car.
The sandy city beach is across the street, with gradual entrance to the water and it's suitable for children. To the left and right of the accommodation, there are numerous taverns, pizzerias, bars, fast food restaurants, beach bars, souvenir shops, children's facilities, pastry shop and a kiosk with newspapers and magazines. Well-supplied supermarket Smile, bakery, and pizzeria are about 400m away.
The complex consists of two buildings with a total of 19 studios for four and apartments for up to five persons.
Studios on the ground and the first floor have one double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Apartments on the ground and the first floor have a separate bedroom with one double bed and a fan on the ceiling, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two sofa beds (one is folding into a double bed).
Studiji on the second floor (Attic) have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two sofa beds (one is folding into a double bed), as well as one double bed on the attic gallery.
Apartments on the second floor with two bedrooms (duplex) have a separate bedroom with one double bed, air conditioning and a TV, living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, as well as one double bed on the gallery.
Duplex apartments on the second floor, with two bathrooms and a sea view, have a separate bedroom with one double bed, air conditioning, TV, small fridge, bathroom with shower cabin and a small balcony. There's also a living room with a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, one sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Another double bed is on the gallery.
All accommodation units are bright and they have a large private balcony with awning, sitting set and drying rack. Some balconies have a direct and some have a partial sea view. The furniture is quality and modern, and the kitchens are fully equipped. Studios and apartments have air conditioning, TV, CD, and DVD player, wireless internet, hairdryer and a bathroom with glass shower cabin and hot water 24/7. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchens have a fridge, electric stove (except studios, but the mini oven can be provided on request), kitchen utensils and dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric kettle.
There's a laundry room on the first floor of the house, with a washing machine that you can use, as well as an iron and ironing board. On request, you can get a baby cot and high chair. Replacement of bed linen, as well as cleaning, is daily.
In the courtyard, there's a large TV screen, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill. On the private and safe (the gates are locked) parking, behind the accommodation, there's enough space for everyone. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge. Umbrellas are placed on the beach, while the sunbeds are above the beach, so guests can take them whenever they want and return them after the usage.
You will reach the complex if you turn right at the central traffic light in Nikiti and drive until you reach the beach, then continue to the left along the beach for about 300 meters.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan, Molio bih vas ponudu za porodicu , dvoje odraslih i dete od 14 god, za period dolaska u Julu. Okvirno datum dolaska oko 10 jula i boravak u dužini od 10 dana.
