Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Sykias Land By The Sea Studio is located in the village of Sikia, on Sithonia, just 200 meters away from the sandy beach. Comfortable and simply furnished accommodation represents an ideal place for those who wish to enjoy tranquility, the proximity of the sea, and the beauty of nature.
There are two accommodation units available, situated on the ground floor, able to accommodate up to three adults. The studios consist of a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining table, where a double bed and a single bed are located.
The air-conditioned accommodation offers a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a two-ring stove, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
From the veranda, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy a view of the courtyard. Additionally, guests can indulge in barbecue preparations with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
There is no private parking available, but free parking can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
