Sykias Land By The Sea Studio is located in the village of Sikia, on Sithonia, just 200 meters away from the sandy beach. Comfortable and simply furnished accommodation represents an ideal place for those who wish to enjoy tranquility, the proximity of the sea, and the beauty of nature.

There are three accommodation units available, all located on the ground floor. The studios can accommodate up to three adults and consist of a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining table, where a double bed and a single bed are situated.

The apartment can accommodate up to four adults and consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed and bunk beds.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with two or three cooking hobs, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The apartment is equipped with a stove featuring three cooking hobs and a small oven.

The veranda, furnished with a seating set, overlooks the courtyard. Guests can also enjoy preparing barbecue meals with family and friends.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is carried out every third day during the guests’ stay.

There is no private parking available, but free parking spaces can be easily found in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Sykias Land By The Sea Studio is 1 km away from Linaraki Beach, 2 km from Tourkolimnionas Beach, 8 km from Sarti, and 138 km away from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
