Within a two-story house, not far from the center of the village of Sykia in the southwest of Sithonia, you will find this fully equipped and renovated apartment with two bedrooms, Anemoelia 1 Apartment. It is ideal for a family vacation, away from the crowds, and the nearest Blue Flag beach is about 4 km away. Sykia is an excellent starting point for visiting the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia.
Near the apartment, there are a supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, taverns, cafes, a medical center, as well as a playground for children.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The bathroom features a built-in shower cabin and a washing machine.
This air-conditioned accommodation with mosquito nets offers guests two air conditioners in the bedrooms, free WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large stove with four burners and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
From the enclosed veranda, equipped with outdoor seating and a parasol, guests can enjoy views of the yard and the surroundings.
The accommodation does not have a landscaped yard, but guests have access to a private parking space within the yard. The property is under video surveillance.
Upon request, at no extra cost, guests can also have a baby cot.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, as well as for changing the bedding and towels. An additional set is available in the apartment.
