Anemoelia 1 Apartment is located in a peaceful part of the village of Sikia, in the southwest of Sithonia. It is ideal for a family vacation, away from the crowds, and the nearest Blue Flag beach is about 4 km away. Sikia is an excellent starting point for visiting the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.

Upon request, a child’s cot is available to guests at no extra cost.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with four hobs and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

From the veranda, furnished with a seating area, guests can enjoy views of the yard and the surroundings.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
