Chrisis Apartment is located in a quiet area on the spacious plain of Sykia, about 2 kilometers from the village center, on the road leading to the coast. This position offers guests a good balance between privacy and accessibility to the beach, which is 2.7 kilometers away. Crystal-clear waters and sandy coves are easily reachable, while the apartment’s location provides a calmer environment ideal for relaxation during summer holidays. At the same time, it serves as a practical starting point for exploring the authentic atmosphere of southeastern Sithonia.
Situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment is designed to accommodate up to seven adults and two children under six years old. The layout includes a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, three separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms that add to the practicality of the stay. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other two feature narrower-than-standard double beds, with an additional pull-out armchair in one of them. The living room has a sofa bed for two people, making the apartment fully equipped for family or group holidays. The interior is simply and modernly decorated, creating a functional atmosphere for everyday living.
Guests have access to air conditioning and three portable fans to ensure a pleasant temperature throughout the day, while WiFi and a smart TV with digital channels and apps are available for entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with a modern stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, complemented by a microwave for quick and easy meal preparation. A refrigerator with freezer, a filter coffee machine, and a frappe mixer are also provided, along with a hairdryer and washing machine, which add practicality and comfort, especially during longer stays.
A spacious balcony completely surrounding the apartment offers guests an ideal outdoor retreat, furnished with seating and overlooking the greenery of nearby hills. This outdoor space allows enjoyment of the natural surroundings and fresh air, providing a valuable corner for relaxation at any time of day.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, ensuring a high level of hygiene and tranquility for all guests. This policy helps maintain the tidiness of the space and allows visitors to enjoy complete comfort and peace during their stay.
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, giving them full freedom to organize daily tasks according to their own rhythm and habits. Spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment, and guests can replace them as they wish. For added convenience, cleaning services can be arranged at an extra charge.
Two private parking spaces are available within the property’s yard, with an additional parking space in front of the building. This arrangement allows easy vehicle storage without the need to search for free spots nearby, adding to the practicality and relaxation of the holiday.
Sykia is one of the oldest and most authentic villages in Sithonia, located at the foot of the mountain ranges in the southeast of the peninsula.
