The Privero Apartment is located in Sikia, a traditional village on the eastern coast of Sithonia, known for its authentic atmosphere and slower pace of life compared to more developed tourist resorts. Situated within the village, approximately 4.7 kilometers from the nearest beach, this accommodation can be a good choice for guests seeking a quieter environment and a holiday during which they can explore numerous beaches and natural beauties of this part of Sithonia.

The apartment, located on the high ground floor accessed by five steps, is designed for a maximum of four adults and features a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an open wardrobe, while the living room offers a sofa for two. The interior of the apartment is characterized by light tones, modern furniture, and carefully selected decorative details that give the space a pleasant and harmonious look.

A baby cot and crib are available upon request at no extra charge.

The apartment is equipped with amenities that can meet the needs of guests looking for functional and well-organized accommodation during their vacation. Air conditioning and mosquito nets contribute to a more pleasant stay on warmer days, while WiFi internet and Smart TV provide communication, information, and entertainment options in free time. The kitchen area is equipped with a glass-ceramic hob with two cooking zones, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster, allowing guests to prepare breakfast, light meals, and hot drinks during their stay. An oven is not available, so only light meals can be prepared. The apartment also has an iron, but no ironing board. A hairdryer is available in the bathroom.

The modern bathroom features a shower without a bathtub, only with tiles and no shower enclosure.

The apartment has a balcony with seating area, overlooking the street and surroundings. Guests also have access to a shared, paved courtyard, while a private barbecue provides the opportunity to prepare meals outdoors during the stay.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During the stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. For reservations lasting four days or more, guests have access to an additional set of bed linen and towels, which they can use according to their needs, while for shorter stays, there is no replacement of bed linen and towels provided.

Two private parking spaces are available within the property, which can be of particular importance during a stay in a village away from the coast and beaches.

Sikia is one of the largest settlements on Sithonia, located in its southeastern part, between the hilly inland and the coast hiding some of the most famous beaches of this peninsula. Unlike many places in Halkidiki that developed directly by the sea, Sikia emerged and grew inland, which is why over time it has preserved a different character. While the surrounding coasts gradually opened up to tourism, the village itself continued to live at its own pace, which is why many still perceive it as a village that remained a village even after tourism arrived on Sithonia. Walking through its streets reveals old houses, flower-filled courtyards, and places where the local population gathers throughout the year. Tourism has brought new facilities and opportunities, but has not changed the basic identity of the place. This is why this settlement leaves a different impression from most seaside resorts, offering visitors the opportunity to get to know the everyday life of a traditional place in Halkidiki. Although not located directly on the coast, its position makes it a good starting point for exploring eastern Sithonia. The surroundings include the beaches of Sikia, Klimataria, Tourkolimnionas, Kriaritsi, and Tigania, as well as numerous smaller coves that have become known over the years for their clean sea and natural surroundings. Many visitors choose to stay in this part of the peninsula precisely because of this, combining the quieter atmosphere of the village with daily visits to different beaches in the area. Today, Sikia has shops, bakeries, taverns, and other amenities necessary for everyday living, but what still sets it apart is not the tourist infrastructure, but the feeling of being in a place that has not lost its connection to its origins. Unlike larger resorts, the atmosphere is shaped by the everyday life of the locals as much as the tourist season. Therefore, visitors often feel like they are staying in a real village, not just a settlement that exists solely for tourism. The accommodation is approximately 141 kilometers away from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
