KonMar Lofts Suites is a modern and elegantly designed accommodation located near the village of Sykia and Paralia Sykias Beach, on the Sithonia peninsula. Situated 1,300 m from the beach and 2,500 m from the town center, it is an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday filled with privacy, tranquility, and enjoyment of the surrounding nature and greenery.
The property consists of three identical maisonettes, each arranged on two levels – the ground floor and the loft. Every unit can accommodate up to four adults. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the loft, located on the upper level, contains an open sleeping gallery. Guests have access to a double bed in the living room, while the gallery is furnished with two single beds. This bed arrangement ensures the highest possible level of comfort and quality rest for all guests.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon prior request made during the reservation process.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, with the air-conditioning unit located in the loft area, ensuring a pleasant stay even during the hottest summer months. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi internet access and a flat-screen TV, offering plenty of entertainment options throughout their stay. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and is equipped with a built-in cooktop featuring two ceramic hobs, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a small refrigerator. A hairdryer is also available for guests’ use.
A spacious fenced yard with a well-maintained lawn, shared by all three maisonettes, is one of the property’s main highlights and provides the perfect setting for relaxation and leisure. Each unit also features a private veranda furnished with outdoor seating, making it ideal for dining and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
For reservations longer than ten days, cleaning service and linen and towel changes are available every five days, upon prior request made directly to the owners.
One private parking space is provided for each unit. An additional advantage is the availability of an electric vehicle charging station, allowing guests traveling with electric cars to conveniently and efficiently recharge their vehicles.
KonMar Lofts Suites is an excellent choice for a holiday away from crowds and noise, surrounded by greenery and privacy. For those wishing to explore Sithonia further, it is worth noting that the popular Kriaritsi Beach is located 8 km away, Sarti is 10 km from the property, and the nearest international airport, in Thessaloniki, is 140 km away.
