The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is intended for a maximum of four adults. The interior space includes a living room connected to the kitchen and a bedroom with accordion doors, while the exterior space includes a bathroom and a veranda with access to the bathroom. It can be a good choice for couples, small families, or guests who prefer a simpler layout for their summer stay. The bedroom is separated as a quieter area for relaxation and equipped with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for two, providing additional sleeping space.

The separate bathroom with accordion doors includes a shower with tiles.

The village has shops, bakeries, taverns, and basic amenities necessary for everyday life, while the beaches and coast are easily accessible by car. The combination of a traditional rural atmosphere, a quieter pace, and the proximity to different beaches makes Sykia a good choice for guests who want more privacy, a more local atmosphere, and the opportunity to explore this part of Sithonia during their vacation. Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
