The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is intended for up to four adults. The interior includes a living room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, making it a practical choice for couples, small families, or guests who prefer a simpler layout for a summer stay. The bedroom is set aside as a quieter area for rest and is equipped with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people, providing additional sleeping places.

The tourist season has brought additional amenities but has not overshadowed the local character, so this settlement especially suits guests who want a quieter environment and a more authentic experience of Halkidiki. Although it is not located directly on the coast, Sykia is a good starting point for exploring eastern Sithonia and nearby beaches such as Sykia, Klimataria, Turkolimnionas, Kriaritsi, and Tigania, as well as numerous smaller coves known for clean sea and more natural surroundings. The village has shops, bakeries, taverns, and basic amenities needed for everyday living, while beaches and the coast are easily accessible by car. The combination of traditional village ambiance, calmer rhythm, and proximity to various beaches makes Sykia a good choice for guests who want more privacy, a local atmosphere, and the opportunity to explore this part of Sithonia during their holiday. Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
