Everything matches the pictures and description. A beautiful, well-maintained studio with older furniture, a renovated bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with everything we needed. In the spacious yard, where "everything is in order," the children could move freely and enjoy themselves. The parking is under video surveillance and covered. We were accommodated in a four-bed studio with a sea view. The lovely sandy beach is just across the street. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves so much that, despite our plans, we didn't go to any other beaches. Everyone had their own spot on the beach, without crowding or pushing, both on the sand and in the water. If you go early in the morning, you'll feel as if you're alone on a deserted island! The place is truly peaceful, with no events happening. We drove to Toroni, about 2 km from the accommodation, and found parking easily, even though it was the season. That distance might be a detail that could bother someone, but it didn't bother us. The water had color, smell, and taste, and it took us a few days to get used to it. The hosts are wonderful! They mostly have regular guests, so it's hard to find an available term.

We stayed at the accommodation at the beginning of June. The beach was almost empty, and we received two sun loungers and a parasol for our use from Sofia, the owner. Previously, she had already set up umbrellas on the beach, but due to some legal obstacles, she had to remove them. If this is resolved next year, it will be even better. She welcomed us with a smile and helped us unpack our things. As a welcome gift, we received beer, ice cream, and cookies, a small gesture that leaves a truly pleasant impression. We were accommodated in a large studio with two small children, and there was enough space for two more children or a child and an adult. During our 10-day stay, we received clean towels and bedding twice. Sofia and her husband are wonderful and very kind. She communicates well in English. The yard is beautiful, full of shade from the planted olive trees. The beach is literally across the street. By the very first day, we decided that we would come back next year, which speaks volumes about how delighted we are.

My husband and I spent a phenomenal 11 days at Ktima Mploska Apartments & Studios. The space is small, yet exceptionally functional and practical, so nothing was lacking. On the terrace, we listened to the crickets and the waves. The hosts, wonderful people, are only there if you need something. Everything is remarkably clean. The sandy beach is just a few steps away, and in September, there was natural shade available. A warm recommendation for this accommodation.

The landlady, Sofia, is a lovely woman, warm and cheerful. We brought our four-month-old baby with us this September. She grew so fond of the little one that she even bought her a gift on the last day. Whatever you need, she is ready to help. The location is perhaps less than a kilometer from the entrance to Toroni. The shops are a bit further away, so you need to drive to go shopping. The beach is beautiful with a lovely water color. When we were there, on the entire 500-meter-long beach, there were only a few people. A true delight. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

The rooms are exceptionally clean, with bed linens changed every fifth day, as well as towels. The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating. You can enjoy breakfast or lunch on the terrace or at one of the three tables with large umbrellas in the courtyard. The proximity to the beach allows you to make countless trips to the room for ice cream, drinks, and more. The fact that the same guests have been coming from Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Greece for years speaks volumes. Toroni is just far enough yet close enough; you can walk along a local path that is mostly unlit, and there is a gentle incline, so I wouldn’t recommend it. The actual distance to the first taverns and the first market is between 1 km and 1.5 km. The 500 m mentioned refers to the entrance to Toroni itself, where there are no significant establishments. As for the studio, the beds are comfortable, they don’t creak, the air conditioning works well, the fridge cools excellently, and the bathroom seems of higher quality than the standard for this type of accommodation; there is always hot water and pressure. From around 9 PM to 11 PM, mosquitoes are unbearable, making it impossible to sit on the terrace or in the garden without multiple spirals lit. There is enough grass in the courtyard for kids to play football or other games; there is a small slide as well as a standard swing. A grill with all necessary tools is available to everyone. The state of the sea and beach is perfectly described by one word. The water was warm, crystal clear, with no dirt whatsoever, occasionally there were minimal waves that do not bother children aged 9 and 7, or even younger. Sometimes a gentle breeze is refreshing. All in all, we returned extremely satisfied with the desire to come back next year and stay a few days longer.

First of all, I would like to emphasize that the accommodation comes highly recommended. It is very nicely furnished and clean, located in close proximity to the beach. We stayed with the kind Sofia in August 2018 for ten days in a six-bed apartment. The apartment is situated in a separate cottage in the yard (this was not mentioned in the description). The apartment is newer and quite nicely decorated. It features a bunk bed, a single bed, and a pull-out chair in one room, while the other room contains a kitchen and a double bed. Although the apartment is not overly large, it is perfectly adequate for a 10 to 20-day vacation. The kitchen is fairly spacious (for an apartment in Greece). It has a mini stove with three burners and a small oven. It is well-equipped with newer dishes. The refrigerator is large and combined (it has enough space to store a good amount of frozen meals). The terrace is very spacious and covered, featuring a table with six chairs. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and the owners put considerable effort into its maintenance. It includes several attractions for children, as well as a barbecue available to all guests. Each studio and apartment receives two beach chairs. On the beach itself, there are five straw umbrellas set up (one for each studio-apartment), so if you do not plan to visit other beaches, you do not need to bring your own. The owner of the accommodation, Sofia, is a very cordial and pleasant woman who is there for anything you may need. She is also unobtrusive. Destenika Beach is very close. I believe it would satisfy most tourists' demands in terms of quality. The only downside is that there are not many facilities for divers. Therefore, if someone spends more time underwater, they will have to find better locations. As I mentioned at the beginning, the accommodation is highly recommended. We would definitely return there....

The terrace serves as a living room and dining area. In the morning, there is no sun on the terrace, so we enjoyed coffee and the beautifully arranged garden in front. At the beach, which is literally across from the apartment, the owners have five large straw umbrellas that are reserved exclusively for their guests. We received two beach chairs that we leave under the umbrellas during the day since no one touches them; we only pick them up at night. The downside of the accommodation is that getting to Toroni requires a walk of more than 500 meters, and part of the path lacks sidewalks and street lighting. We always carried a lamp (mobile) to ensure a safer return at night with the children after our walk (in a line, all according to regulations). All in all, it's the right choice for anyone seeking a vacation, tranquility, relaxation, proximity to the beach, comfortable accommodation, and friendly hosts.
