Hotel Description

Villa Maria 2 is located in Toroni, and is designed to be liked by everyone. It has clean and bright studios with interiors in different colors, from which ones some have balconies with sea view.

As the accommodation is located in the heart of Toroni, where the entire content of the place is found, everything is at your fingertips, starting from the sandy beach which is about 150m away from the accommodation, as well as supermarkets and taverns.

Accommodation has eight studios, four quadruple, two triple and two double. They are arranged on the ground floor (all marked A) and on the first floor (all marked B).

Double studios A2 and B3 have one double bed, A2 has a view of the yard, and B3 looks directly at the sea. Triple studios A4 and B2 are equipped with one double bed and one single bed. Studio B2 has a direct sea view, while Studio A4 overlooks the yard. Quadruple studios A1, A3 and B4 have one double bed and bunk beds or sofa for two perosns. Studios A1 and A3 face the yard and B4 faces the street. The quadruple studio B1 is equipped with a double bed and a single bed that transforms into a bunk bed and looks directly at the sea.

All studios have a TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and curtain, as well as kitchens equipped with a small oven with three hot plates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, stove and necessary utensils. Only the A4 studio in the kitchen has a stove and a microwave.

Private parking is provided, but with a limited number of spaces, while other guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation. The yard is paved and fenced and it has table and chairs, as well as barbecue.

You will find the accommodation very easily when you go from the direction of Neos Marmaras and enter Toroni from the main highway, drive along the main street by the sea until you reach the tavern Aphrodite. At the tavern you will turn left and after 100m you will see accommodation on the right.

If you want a vacation and your priority is not luxury, but the nearness of the beach, and if you do not own a car or do not want to use it on vacation, Villa Maria 2 may be just what you need.

All praise goes to Maria Villa2 and Nikana. We sought a comfortable apartment for two, with a view of the sea and a nearby beach. We found all of this in apartment B2.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 2 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 22 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
