An excellent balance between price and quality. The apartment is clean and located not far from the beach (about 200 meters, perhaps a few meters more, but it is all flat, so that is not an issue). The landlady, Maria, is very kind and pleasant, always available for anything you may need. We stayed in an apartment with one separate bedroom, while the kitchen features bunk beds with an additional sleeping space, which was more than sufficient for us. The terrace is spacious, and right in front of the house, there is a place to park your car.

All praises, landlady Maria is wonderful and very kind. The children even received a jar of honey. 😊😊😊

The accommodation is situated in a beautiful location, approximately 200 meters away from the beach. Mrs. Marija welcomed us exceptionally kindly with coffee, and we received a jar of honey as a gift. The accommodation is clean and tidy; we stayed in a spacious apartment with two bedrooms. The internet is fast and always available (unlike some other places where it was disastrous).

The Aloni house offers a pleasant and clean accommodation. We stayed in a five-bed apartment, and for the most part, everything functioned well. The air conditioning in the room with the double bed struggles to cool the area where the kitchen and two bunk beds are located, making it quite hot there. There is a mosquito net only in the room with the double bed. The terrace is spacious. The bathroom is new and there is always hot water available. The stove is very slow, but it can prepare some simple meals. The owner, Maria, is very kind and keeps the property exceptionally clean. It is peaceful and quiet. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away. The Wi-Fi is sometimes good and sometimes weak. Overall, we had a lovely time.

We had a double apartment with two rooms, four beds, two terraces, two air conditioners, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Positive: Spacious apartment, excellent for four people, ideal for a large family or two couples, clean and tidy, regular replacement of bed linens and towels, air conditioners in good working order, great location, and the landlady was very kind, gifting us honey and a remedy for sunburn. Negative: The bathroom is quite small, lacking both a bathtub and a shower cabin, and when you shower, everything must be taken outside as everything gets splashed, with no windows or fans. At least a shower curtain would be helpful... This is the biggest drawback of the apartment, and everything is somewhat worn out, needing renovation, such as door locks, frames, light sockets, and electrical outlets. None of this affected us, as we had a wonderful time and the weather was favorable, so we have nothing but praise for Maria.

We stayed at Aloni house from August 5th to August 19th, 2022, in a double apartment with a separate kitchen that was equipped with all the necessary utensils. Everything was functional. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Maria was exceptionally kind and professional. She welcomed us with coffee and a refreshing cake. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and service. We liked the location because the property is isolated from noise. As a gift, we received a jar of honey and a cream that Maria makes. We will certainly be happy to be her guests again.

Central accommodation, not far from the beach (which, in our opinion, is not particularly good). The landlady is nice, courteous, and helpful. On the ground floor is the only doctor in Toron, so there is always a crowd in front of the accommodation.

We stayed at Aloni House until yesterday. Maria is a wonderful host. We hardly saw her while we were there, yet she was always available for us to reach out to. The accommodation is small, but sufficient for ten days of vacation. The terrace is spacious and beautiful, offering a view of the greenery and the delightful sounds of nature. It is covered with awnings, providing protection from the sun throughout the day. For that price, this is more than a decent accommodation in Sithonia.

An excellent accommodation in terms of price and quality. The owner, Maria, is a wonderful, very kind, and accommodating woman. Towels are changed every 5 days, the bathroom is excellent, although some people have written that it is poor. We stayed in a 5-bed apartment; the bathroom is smaller but renovated, the water pressure is phenomenal, and there is always hot water. The kitchen is excellent, everything functions perfectly. We are truly very satisfied; my 7-year-old child could hardly part from the lovely Maria. It did not bother us that the accommodation is 350 m from the beach; on the contrary. The comfort of the beds and pillows also suited us. This apartment has a mosquito net in the bedroom. We are extremely satisfied. If we go to Toroni again, we will definitely stay at Aloni House again. Highly recommended!

A wonderfully charming accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. The hostess is very kind and courteous; although her English is limited, she was always available to assist us with anything we needed. The villa offers its own parking, and on the ground floor, there is a medical office with a doctor on duty 24 hours a day. Excellent value for money.

Neat and affordable.

We rented a three-bed studio for two nights. We were greeted by a kind and pleasant owner. The room looks nice and everything was clean, but it is quite small. The double bed and the folding bed occupy the entire space, leaving little room for belongings. The terrace is lovely and pleasant for sitting, although there are no screens on the doors. The kitchenette is clean and adequately equipped. The biggest drawback is the bathroom, which is too small and impractical. The shower is mounted above the sink, there is no shower cabin, nor space for showering.

A decent accommodation at a low price

The accommodation is located in the most beautiful part of Toroni. The beach is just a five-minute walk away. You can explore other beaches if you wish, but the city beach is perfect! The landlord is a wonderful woman who welcomed us with juice, coffee, and cookies, and she is there to assist with anything we need. The accommodation is modest, the bathroom lacks a shower, the ceiling is low, but it is very clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days. In the apartment, you will find dishwashing liquid, soap, toilet paper... and there is enough crockery. The biggest downside is the absence of mosquito nets! We didn't sleep a wink the first night because it was dreadful. Later, we installed a temporary mosquito net on one door, bought electric devices, and it was much better. Still, it is impossible to do without mosquito nets.

She welcomed us with coffee and juice for the children (which we haven't experienced in many years of vacationing). They produce homemade honey, and we received a jar of honey, olives in a jar, and a multipurpose cream... any further comment is unnecessary. WONDERFUL, HOSPITABLE, AND WARM. Thank you, Marija.

We spent 14 days at Aloni Haus, and it was truly wonderful. Initially, we were a bit skeptical due to the rustic appearance of the property, but we soon began to focus solely on the beautiful aspects, and nothing bothered us anymore. The owner is a lovely woman, always at our service, and the courtyard has a genuine family atmosphere. The terrace is magnificent. We recommend that everyone who visits brings an extension cord and mosquito repellent, both for the terrace and the rooms, as there are no screens.

The hostess is very kind and hospitable. The accommodation is tidy and clean. The bathroom is modest, yet very clean. We are satisfied with the service.

Excellent accommodation for the price.

Clean apartments, located near the center of Toronto, with regular linen and towel replacement every five days, a friendly landlady, and the apartments are equipped with all essential amenities. A drawback is the bathroom, which is quite small with a low ceiling, as well as mosquitoes, which are prevalent throughout Toronto.

I recommend the accommodation; it is clean, tidy, and comfortable. We stayed in an apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The refrigerator in the kitchen had a special section for the freezer, which was excellent for the food we brought. A regular stove in the kitchen is also a plus! There is a large, beautiful terrace. The landlady is a wonderful woman. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom and the absence of screens on the doors. This apartment can even accommodate two families with small children.

The bed is a bit firm, so I recommend bringing your own pillows, as they are also quite hard. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and the hospitality. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant apartment, rarely does one encounter a kitchen separated from all other rooms, equipped with a proper stove and a genuine refrigerator. There are also two terraces and even a separate hallway, with very comfortable beds. The only downside is that the bathroom is somewhat small, particularly low. I am almost 2 meters tall and found it difficult to stand up straight. The apartment is located about 350 meters from the beach, which isn't too far, but it gives the impression of being farther away due to the lack of many houses behind it. There's a yellow house at the end of the village :) Having screens would be a nice addition. In any case, we have no regrets and we recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The house is located on one of the more significant streets in Toronto, yet it offers peace and tranquility. To reach the beach, you simply go straight and find yourself at the beautiful Da Luz café beach. Everything is clean and tidy; in the studio, I had all the necessary kitchenware. The landlady is exceptionally kind and always at your service, changing the linens and towels, and everything smelled wonderful. The terrace is spacious and provides a lovely view of the neighboring gardens filled with flowers. The internet is not the best, but that seems to be the case everywhere, more or less like in Greece. There are quite a few mosquitoes, but the landlady left us her device to fend them off. In my opinion, mosquito nets are missing. Maria produces olive oil and facial creams made from honey and olive oil, both of which I received as gifts from her. All in all, we had a lovely time, and we will surely return to Aloni House.

The accommodation we stayed at in Toronto, Aloni House, was exceptional. The hostess, Maria, is wonderful, very kind, and accommodating. Unfortunately, we encountered some minor issues with our car, but Mrs. Maria offered to assist us. We truly have nothing but praise for everything.

We stayed in a small apartment that is indeed smaller, yet functional and clean, with a large terrace. This arrangement suited us perfectly as we literally only slept there. The bed linens and towels were changed every 5 days, and honestly, there’s no need for more frequent changes. The landlady, Maria, is excellent and very accommodating. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the accommodation is almost in the center of the town. As I mentioned, the accommodation is modest, but we didn't need anything more and we are thoroughly satisfied with everything. We stayed from July 22 to August 2, 2017. The owner of the apartment, Ms. Marija, is a wonderful, hospitable, and accommodating woman. It is an ideal place for a peaceful getaway without crowds. There are only three apartments in the property, ensuring tranquility and silence.

Last summer, from July 31 to August 10, we spent our time in a wonderful place. It was excellent, simply fantastic. We read various comments about this location, but it truly amazed us. We stayed in Villa Aloni, in a duplex apartment, as two couples (averaging 30 years old :), so you wouldn’t think we are older or have children, but the place is suitable for all ages, with plenty of kids around, and it is also perfect for young people. Especially for those who really want to relax; we had a car, so we explored other beaches, but our beach in Torini is the most beautiful). Our accommodation was excellent, the landlady, Maria, was lovely, and she always helped us whenever we needed assistance. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you once again. The four-person, two-bedroom apartment is comfortable and clean. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace (on different sides of the building). The terrace accessible from one bedroom and the kitchen is equipped with an awning, blinds, and features a table and chairs. The terrace accessed from the other bedroom has a small bench. There are no screens on the windows. The internet works excellently. The kitchen is small but well-stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery (all of the above and more than sufficient), a grater, a colander, two pots, and a frying pan. In the kitchen, you will find dishwashing liquid, cloths, and a sponge for washing dishes. Bed linens and towels are changed every 5 days. The landlady, Maria, is exceptionally kind. She welcomed us warmly and was accommodating to all our requests. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The only complaint concerns the bathroom, which could be improved.

The accommodation has no significant complaints (except perhaps for the bathroom, which could be improved), and it is located just 3-4 minutes' walk from the beautiful beach. Moreover, the four-person, two-bedroom apartment is spacious, comfortable, and clean, featuring two terraces (with views on both sides), and the kitchen is fully equipped. For us, as a family of four, there was truly nothing lacking. The landlady, Maria, is exceptionally kind and available 24 hours a day, and we send her our warmest regards!!!!!
