What a wonderful ten days! Everything was truly in perfect order; it felt as if we were at home. Alexandra is a lovely woman, as is her entire family, who are incredibly kind and always ready to assist with anything needed. The apartment was clean, equipped with mosquito nets on the terrace, and we even received a mosquito repellent device from the landlady, just in case. If you need anything, you can reach out, and it will all be taken care of. As a warm welcome, we were greeted with coffee and juice for the children, followed by a jar of honey that they produce themselves. Everything you need is nearby: a store, butcher shop, restaurant, beach—everything is just a three-minute walk away. In the morning, a van passes by with the most delightful pastries and bread, stopping right in front of the apartment. At Alexandra's, you can purchase homemade olive oil. Truly, all praises, and we will gladly return.

We booked an apartment through Nikana with wonderful hosts. Overwhelmed with beautiful impressions, I must share them with you. The apartment is located just three minutes' walk from the beach. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by the lovely Alexandra Mpaka with freshly brewed coffee. If you come with small children, she will offer to wash your things if you happen to have anything that needs laundering, so you won’t have to do it by hand. Besides the coffee, she also gave us a jar of honey. We were with three small children; each room has a bunk bed, a smaller double bed, and an additional bed, all is clean and tidy. She cooked corn for the kids. In the yard, there is a gazebo and a grill that you can use. Whatever you need, they are there to help! Upon our departure, they even gifted us with olive oil. A beautiful vacation, truly a vacation.

If you are looking for good accommodation and an exceptionally kind host, this is the right place for you. It is just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the market, parking is provided, and the room standard is high, with outstanding cleanliness.

An excellent accommodation for enjoyment and relaxation, always clean and tidy. There is no need to bring towels, as Aleksandra changes them every five days, both large and small. Sitting in the courtyard is now with a set more beautiful than in the pictures. The rooms are of standard size, the bathrooms are standard, and the electric boiler provides a continuous supply of hot water. The terraces are comfortable and equipped with mosquito nets, ensuring constant shade. Peace and quiet prevail. The small number of guests allows the children to bond. The location is excellent, close to the beach and the highway exit. The hosts are hospitable, always smiling, and are there for anything you might need—literally anything. The people are exceptionally kind.

After a long journey with three small children, we were warmly welcomed by a gracious hostess and her entire family. The first impression was that we were arriving at the home of someone we have known our whole lives. They served us coffee, and the children were treated to ice cream. We sat in a beautiful summer house and engaged in conversation... The studio was clean and equipped with everything necessary (should you notice that something is missing, the owner will provide it for you). We received a pile of towels, and the owner offered to wash our laundry daily. I am unsure if it is customary for the owner to clean the apartment during the stay, but I did not wish for that, as I preferred to do it myself. I received cleaning supplies for the bathroom and floors, and the owner kindly offered to assist me. The bedding is changed midway through the stay or as agreed upon. The children walked barefoot in the yard, relishing every corner this accommodation offered. They explored freely, as permitted by the hosts (they climbed onto the motorbike, played with the dog Zuzu, and entered their apartment...). At one point, they asked: "Is this our house too?". The owners insist on allowing the children to do as they please and not to be disturbed. Everything is tailored to the children, which delighted me.

The apartment is exactly as depicted in the pictures, and the kitchen is excellently equipped with utensils. The landlady is very kind. I highly recommend this apartment.

All praises primarily go to the exceptionally kind, quiet, and always smiling hosts. We entered the studio as early as 9 AM, and Alexandra first offered us drinks, coffee, and welcomed us with a smile and a jar of honey. The studio was clean, there is plenty of space, as well as dishes for a family of four. You can receive bed linens and towels whenever needed, as well as have your laundry done in her machine. They are accommodating for every little thing, and the doctor is right next to their house (which is very important for us with small children). The house is not far from the beach, just a few minutes away. In the yard, there is a lovely gazebo with a grill that you can use at any time of the day. In the evening, you can only hear frogs and crickets; there is no loud music, making it an ideal place for a true family vacation. There is always hot water available (each bathroom has its own boiler). We are satisfied with the price-quality ratio of the accommodation. The accommodation is quite decent.

First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that since I started vacationing in Greece, I have not encountered such kind and hospitable hosts. Alexandra is wonderful. If luxury is not a priority, this is an impeccable choice.

And we fought, created, we faggled perasa cataplectic. Enjoying geitonian for the eye, the plateia of Toronija for many kontad. Their evcharistomies are for the filiofenia and the agape that they showed us. The unique monadic form of filiofenia, the anthropia and the kalosynia. The small fragments are where we ektemas, one coffee to proi, pare to apogevma, and one purra to vrad. Episi Dokimasa to the most agno and nostimo meli to opijo, which is their dikija paragogi, as the protreinomu Anefilakta and ennoeita is that they will protimame panda❤️

The accommodation may be somewhat modest, yet it is situated in a prime location, and the owner, Alexandra, is wonderful and always at your service. This year, there is also a doctor nearby. When you arrive weary from your journey, you will be greeted with coffee, jars, and honey as a gift, and she even prepared a warm sandwich for my son. Enjoy your vacation.

As a gift, we received fantastic honey and even better comb. Our apartment was at the back of the house, ensuring complete safety. Parking is provided, and in front of the house, there is a lovely little garden, beautifully arranged, where you can enjoy coffee or prepare a barbecue. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. We will definitely vacation here again. Toroni is a beautiful and tranquil place, with the best beach and very clean, clear water. A big greeting to Aleksandra.

The Alexandra studios deserve every praise and recommendation. The relationship between price and service is excellent; what is presented in the description and in the pictures perfectly matches reality. However, nothing can compare to the kindness of the landlady, Alexandra, and her family, who went out of their way to assist us. My five-year-old child enjoyed playing and the freedom in their yard. We encountered a health issue, and the landlady brought us a doctor in literally 20 minutes... she proved to be a great person and provided us with tremendous support. Thank you, Alexandra!

What matters most is that Aleksandra is extremely pleasant. She is always ready to assist with whatever is needed. There are no parking issues, and everything is exceptionally clean. Bed linens are changed and the apartment is cleaned every fifth day. Communication is conducted in English. The large terraces provide peace and quiet. Hot water is available continuously, with good pressure. The air conditioning, heating, and refrigerator all function flawlessly. The Wi-Fi is excellent even on the upper floor. The apartment is not located on the main street, but rather 250 meters from the beach. The neighborhood has 3-4 shops and several taverns. The accommodation deserves high praise.

The price-to-quality ratio is more than favorable, in our opinion, it's the perfect 'best buy'. Although it is a bit further from the beach, the path is flat, with no hills. It is not suitable for those who lack the patience for various specimens of small Mediterranean fauna that visited us daily on the terrace. Using Autan or a similar product is essential if you wish to enjoy the terrace in the evening. The magnetic mosquito nets, which I saw for the first time, work excellently - they keep everything that should remain outside. The apartment we stayed in has two entrances - one from the terrace and one from the hallway, with the external entrance to the terrace being 'masked' by a curtain. Considering that the landlady lives on the ground floor with her (for Greek standards, quite large) husband and son, we had no concerns about safety. You shouldn't be surprised by the neighing of horses and the bells calling for evening liturgy at the nearby church, but apart from that, in the evenings, you hardly hear anything except for crickets and possibly sounds coming from neighboring apartments. The landlady is very accommodating - for instance, when we didn't have enough towels, we asked and literally received double. One day she even left us a jar of honey that they produce and sell (excellent!). Bed linens and towels are changed every five days. The kitchen area is cramped, but we didn't expect much considering the size of the studio. There is enough cookware. The refrigerator is large by Greek standards (it even has a decent shelf for frozen items). The beds are surprisingly large for Greek standards; the double bed is of completely normal size, and two adult children can comfortably sleep in the bunk beds (there's no limit on how 'grown-up' the children are). The bathroom is expectedly small but entirely functional, the water pressure is excellent, and we never had issues with hot water. The air conditioning cools the apartment very quickly, which was crucial since the apartment is partially facing west, making the air conditioning necessary in the afternoon until the sun sets. The Wi-Fi was occasionally a bit weaker (and slower), at times we had to reset the connection, but it was generally functional. We didn't turn on the TV. We were provided with a parking space, but since the yard is not fenced, one day someone parked next to us while we were exploring the beaches of Sithonia. That evening we parked across the street and had no issues. A special attraction is the very charming long-haired Chihuahua of the landlady named Zuzu.

We have just returned from our vacation in Toroni. We stayed at Alexandra Studios. All praise goes to the accommodation, the owner, and her family. They are exceptionally warm and hospitable people.

We stayed from September 7, 2017. This studio was, unlike others, exceptionally spacious. We have never been to such a hospitable place before, located in a peaceful area. The hosts are very kind people, and communication in English was not an issue. Our five-year-old daughter felt at home, and they embraced her as one of their own. She played in the 20 square meter yard, which does not directly face a street that is not overly busy. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils, and you can negotiate with the landlady and express your needs without any fuss; she will gladly assist you. There are mosquito nets on the doors and windows. In the end, we received honey as a gift, produced by the studio owners. The studio is located 350 meters of flat walking distance to the beach, and there are a butcher and a market nearby. The beach is spacious and perfect for children. This was our best vacation, and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

We stayed in this villa in July of this year! We have nothing but praise for this accommodation! The house may not be newly built, but it is functional and tidy, which was extremely important for us with two children! The hosts are very kind and always available for anything we needed, whether it was missing or not functioning! Several times they asked us if we needed the bedding or towels changed and if we had everything we required! The accommodation is very safe, the parking as well, and we would recommend it to anyone who enjoys feeling relaxed and carefree on vacation!

The accommodation is quite cramped, the kitchen is equipped with an old appliance that barely works and a refrigerator. There is hardly any cookware, just plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery. The terrace leads directly into the room, making it unsafe to leave the roller blind raised. There is always hot water available, as each studio has its own boiler that heats up quickly. No one has cleaned the studio at any time; we took care of the cleaning ourselves, and the bedding was changed only once. However, Toroni boasts a beautiful beach, making it easy to forget everything else :-)
