About 300m from supermarket Smile in Toorni, to the left off the promenade at Hristina Apartments and about 300m from the sea, tucked away in beautiful tall palm and other trees, there is a Sophia House. Although the accommodation was built between 1995 and 2000, it has been renovated every year. If you dream about a vacation surrounded by greenery, in the shade, away from the noise, with a beautiful sandy beach just a few minutes away, Sophia House is the right choice for you.
Market and first taverns are about 300m from the accommodation.
The accommodation consists of bungalows and houses with high ground and the first floor.
On the high ground floor, there’s an apartment (70m2) with three bedrooms and three balconies (one from the kitchen and the other two from two bedrooms). The first bedroom is with one double bed, the second with one double and a single bed, while the third room has one double and a single sofa bed. The bathroom is nicely decorated and has a bath, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
On the first floor, there’s an apartment (30m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen. The bathroom is modestly furnished and has a shower with a curtain. The adjacent apartment (40m2) is located on the corner of the house and it has a large corner terrace overlooking the courtyard, one double bed in the bedroom and a living room with a kitchen, dining table with chairs, one single and a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The balconies of these two apartments are separated by large flowerpots.
In the bungalows, there’s an apartment (55m2) with two bedrooms. The first has one double bed, while the second has two double beds is narrower than the standard. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge, and the bathroom is spacious.
There are also three studios (30m2) with balconies. In the first, there is one double (narrower than standard) and two single beds, while the kitchen is separated. The second studio one has a double bed narrower than the standard and a sofa bed in the kitchen. The third studio has one double, two bunk beds and a kitchen in the same room. One of the beds in the studios is smaller, for small children. The bathrooms are modest and have a shower without a curtain.
The triple studio (28m2) has one double and a single bed, and the quadruple (33m2) has two double beds.
The accommodation units have mosquito nets, air conditioning, TV and internet, and you can use the washing machine if you need it. The set of bed linen and towels is replaced after 6-7 days, or earlier upon request.
There are swings, deck chairs (not to be carried to the beach) and hammocks to contribute to the relaxed atmosphere in the garden. While the children are playing, there are two grills and a table with chairs. In addition, there’s also a large parking area in the back of the yard.
Arriving from the direction of Neos Marmaras, pass by the beach bar Barracuda from, turn to the first alley on the left and after 200m, on the right-hand side, you will see Sophia House in the spacious courtyard.
This accommodation is ideal for families with children or more families who’d want to spend time together and have privacy. With their courtesy and helpfulness, the owners contribute to making you feel at home and they’re always available for whatever you might need.

We have six different types of apartments. Every apartment has its balcony with the garden view. The garden has a lot of plants and trees and it is perfect to be used as a playground for children.
Type A - Four bungalows for three persons: The bungalows have a bedroom with one double and a single bed, a dining kitchen and a small kitchenette with gas cooker, shower with a toilet and a covered terrace and garden.
Type A1 - Bungalow for two adults + two children: This bungalow is newly renovated and has a living room and bedroom with one double and bunk bed for two children, a well-equipped kitchen corner, shower with a toilet and a covered terrace overlooking the garden. One-storey house.
Type B1 - Apartment for four persons, upstairs: The purpose-built modern apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a simply furnished living room with two single beds and kitchenette (gas cooker), shower with WC and a large covered balcony overlooking garden and mountains.
Type B11 - Apartment for four persons, upstairs: This modern apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with two single beds and shower with WC and a large covered balcony overlooking garden and mountains.
Type B21 - Bungalow for four persons: This bungalow is like type A, with an additional bedroom.
Type D1 - Apartment for 4-6 persons in the EC: The simply furnished apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds in two of them, equipped kitchen with a simple electric stove and oven, bathroom with WC and a large covered veranda with garden and mountain views.
Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, is once a week.

For reservations for period from 01.05.2021 to 15.10.2021, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
