Sofia's house is located in a tranquil part of Toroni. We were accommodated in bungalow number 5, featuring two French beds. The bungalow includes a kitchenette, refrigerator, stove with an oven, beds, television, and wardrobe. It boasts a large terrace. The furnishings are modest, containing only the essentials. The landlady was exceptionally kind and assisted us when we needed a hairdryer. A peaceful setting, silence, perfect for relaxation.

We stayed in a studio with two French beds. The space is adequately spacious, and the kitchen is separate. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are modest, yet everything is decent. On the terrace, you get the feeling of being somewhat secluded. Parking is provided. It is not too far from the beach, but not exactly close either. Perhaps the price is slightly high compared to the impression it leaves.

Everything was fine, except that it was hot in the apartment, and the air conditioning in the bedroom couldn't cool the entire place. All in all, it was great.

The studio is considerably smaller than they described. The yard is very beautiful and spacious, filled with trees and flowers.

Everything is exceptionally good, especially the yard, which is beautiful. We have two complaints. The blankets had an unpleasant smell, and we needed them. The boiler ignites on the fuse, which we have already noticed. Of course, there was some malfunction with the boiler, which seems to be a regular occurrence. Or perhaps we are just unlucky. There was only one drying rack.

An excellent balance of price and quality, a beautiful garden, everything looks just like in the pictures.

I recommend this accommodation. The proximity to the sea, the well-equipped apartment, the neatly arranged yard, and the kindness of the hosts ensure a pleasant stay. The drawbacks of this accommodation include a poor WiFi signal within the apartment, uncomfortable mattresses (which is a subjective feeling), and a large number of mosquitoes (which is a characteristic of the entire area rather than the apartment itself).

We were there and our impressions are entirely positive. We chose the four-person studio number 4, which is spacious, has a beautiful terrace, and parking in the shade. Next time, we will opt for an apartment that has its own little yard with a sunbed and a grill.

The accommodation at Sophia House was pleasant, as was the surrounding area, namely the yard, which is well-kept and tranquil. The hostess is also a kind and spontaneous person. In a nutshell, this is the perfect place for a getaway. There is little need to elaborate on the beaches, as Sithonia is renowned for its beautiful sandy shores. Toroni is a small and peaceful place, so for those seeking a true retreat, we wholeheartedly recommend it. All praises from Miroslav and Ivana.

We spent a delightful ten days at Sophi House, in apartment number 2, accommodating up to six people with two bedrooms. Upon our arrival, the accommodation was clean, the furniture well-maintained, and the space very functional. Towels were provided and replaced once during our ten-day stay, but there was no cleaning of the accommodation by the owners. The owners were very kind and unobtrusive; their younger daughter Elena speaks English, albeit not very well, but she can communicate. Their yard is lovely, filled with greenery, several grills, and plenty of taps, but the mosquitoes are quite bothersome, just like in all of Toronto. CAUTION!!! The Wi-Fi in the accommodation is not the best, if that is important to anyone. The beach is located 200 meters away and is easily accessible, with a store and fish market right when you step onto the main road. One thing to note about apartment number 2 is that it leaks during heavy rain on one wall in the bathroom, which is not too alarming since there are tiles that allow the water to flow down. The apartments are exceptionally practical, featuring a courtyard that is a true paradise for children. The hosts are kind and accommodating. The only aspect that somewhat marred our vacation was the presence of mosquitoes, bothersome flies, and tiny bugs, possibly even bedbugs in the mattresses. My family was completely bitten, and I received treatment for a swollen joint due to a multitude of small bites. Additionally, there is the issue of the rainwater drainage channels located near the accommodation, where mosquitoes swarm without any protection (making it impossible to sit on the terrace in the evening when it's most pleasant).

An ideal accommodation for families with young children. The beautifully landscaped yard features ample shade, chairs, benches for seating, and swings. The hosts are friendly yet unobtrusive. The furniture is quite decent, nothing luxurious. The internet is excellent. Our only complaint about the accommodation was the lack of hot water in the kitchen, but I believe the hosts will address this. Personally, I do not like returning to the same places, but I would come back to Toronija next year, specifically to Sophia House.

A beautiful and tranquil environment. The lovely courtyard proved to be a perfect choice for us with small children. The studio we stayed in was smaller, and the furniture was modest, but we encountered no functional issues. The beach in the area is large and of similar quality along its entire length, allowing us to access it directly from our accommodation, which is approximately 200 meters away. In the town itself, there are two freshwater canals, and beyond them, areas covered in marshes. There are many mosquitoes, which is the main problem in this area, but it is not an issue related to the accommodation.

Dear Sir/Madam, I received a request from you to evaluate my experience at the "Sophia House" accommodation. Regarding the location, it is excellent - close to the beach, nestled in a beautiful garden, and situated in a peaceful, quiet area. The accommodation itself is charming, and the owners are very kind. The only issues we encountered were with the internet, which was not reliable and hindered our potential work. This could be improved, as well as the kitchen, which was inadequate, at least for the bungalow we stayed in. Specifically, there was a lack of cutlery, pots, and only one wall socket, which became troublesome after a few days since it was not possible to brew coffee or tea and prepare sausages simultaneously. Perhaps they could work on that a bit. If I were to rate it from 1 to 5, I would give it a 4 :) Despite these minor issues, it is a very pleasant and quiet accommodation with a lovely garden.
