Our description
About 300 meters away from the Smile supermarket in Toroni, to the left of the promenade near Hristina Apartments and about 300 meters from the beach, perfectly nestled among beautiful tall palm trees and other trees, you will find Sophia House. Although the accommodation was built between 1995 and 2000, renovations are carried out every year. If you imagine your vacation surrounded by greenery, in the shade, away from the noise, with a beautiful sandy beach just a few minutes' walk away, Sophia House is the perfect choice for you.
The market and the first taverns are about 300 meters away from the accommodation.
The accommodation consists of bungalows and a house with a high ground floor and first floor.
On the high ground floor, there is an apartment (70m2) with three bedrooms and three balconies (one leading from the kitchen, and the other two from two bedrooms). The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has one double and one single bed, and the third bedroom has one double bed and a single sofa bed. The bathroom is nicely decorated and has a bathtub, while the kitchen is fully equipped.
On the first floor, there is an apartment (30m2) with a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. The bathroom is modestly equipped and has a shower with a curtain. The adjacent apartment (40m2) is located at the corner of the house and has a large corner terrace overlooking the courtyard, a double bed in the bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen, dining table with chairs, a single bed, and a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The balconies of these two apartments are separated by large flowerpots.
The bungalows feature an apartment (55m2) with two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two double beds narrower than standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, and the bathroom is spacious.
There are also three studios (30m2) with balconies. The first one has one double bed (narrower than standard) and two single beds, with a separate kitchen. The second studio has one double bed (narrower than standard) and a sofa bed in the kitchen. The third studio has one double bed, two bunk beds, and a kitchen in the same room. One of the beds in the studios is smaller, suitable for young children. The bathrooms are modestly equipped and have a shower without a curtain.
The triple studio (28m2) has one double and one single bed, while the quadruple studio (33m2) has two double beds.
An extra bed can be added to all accommodation units for an additional fee. A baby cot for children up to 2 years old is available and can also be added to all rooms.
The accommodation units are equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, a TV, and internet, and you can use a washing machine for an additional fee if needed. The bed linen and towels are changed every 6-7 days, or earlier upon request.
In the courtyard, guests can enjoy swings, loungers (not for beach use), and hammocks that contribute to a relaxed atmosphere. While children play, there are two built-in barbecue grills and a table with chairs. Additionally, there is ample parking space at the back of the yard.
After passing the Baracuda bar coming from Neos Marmaras, turn left into the first street and after 200 meters, you will see Sophia House on the right side in the spacious yard.

Owner description
We have six different types of apartments. Every apartment has its balcony with the garden view. The garden has a lot of plants and trees and it is perfect to be used as a playground for children.
Type A - Four bungalows for three persons: The bungalows have a bedroom with one double and a single bed, a dining kitchen and a small kitchenette with gas cooker, shower with a toilet and a covered terrace and garden.
Type A1 - Bungalow for two adults + two children: This bungalow is newly renovated and has a living room and bedroom with one double and bunk bed for two children, a well-equipped kitchen corner, shower with a toilet and a covered terrace overlooking the garden. One-storey house.
Type B1 - Apartment for four persons, upstairs: The purpose-built modern apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a simply furnished living room with two single beds and kitchenette (gas cooker), shower with WC and a large covered balcony overlooking garden and mountains.
Type B11 - Apartment for four persons, upstairs: This modern apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with two single beds and shower with WC and a large covered balcony overlooking garden and mountains.
Type B21 - Bungalow for four persons: This bungalow is like type A, with an additional bedroom.
Type D1 - Apartment for 4-6 persons in the EC: The simply furnished apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds in two of them, equipped kitchen with a simple electric stove and oven, bathroom with WC and a large covered veranda with garden and mountain views.
Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, is once a week.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.08.2024 to 30.09.2024, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sofijina kuća je smještena u mirnom dijelu Toronija. Bili smo smješteni u bungalovu 5, sa dva francuska ležaja. U bungalovu su čajna kuhinja, frižider, rešo sa rernom, ležajevi, televizor i ormar. Ima veliku terasu. Oskudno opremljen suđem, samo najneophodnije. Gazdarica jako ljubazna, izašla nam je u susret kada nam je zatrebao fen za kosu. Miran smještaj, tišina, za odmoriti se.

Bili smo u studiju sa dva francuska ležaja. Dovoljno je prostran, kuhinja je odvojena. Kreveti su udobni. Kuhinja i kupatilo su skromni, ali sve je pristojno. Na terasi imate utisak da ste pomalo zabačeni. Parking je narkriven. Nije predaleko od plaže, ali ni sasvim blizu. Možda jača cena u odnosu na utisak koji ostavlja.
