Accommodation description
About 300 meters away from the Smile supermarket in Toroni, to the left of the promenade near Hristina Apartments and about 300 meters from the beach, perfectly nestled among beautiful tall palm trees and other trees, you will find Sophia House. Although the accommodation was built between 1995 and 2000, renovations are carried out every year. If you imagine your vacation surrounded by greenery, in the shade, away from the noise, with a beautiful sandy beach just a few minutes’ walk away, Sophia House is the perfect choice for you.
The market and the first taverns are about 300 meters away from the accommodation.
The accommodation consists of bungalows and a house with a high ground floor and first floor.
On the upper ground floor there is an apartment (70m2) with three bedrooms and three balconies (one exits from the kitchen, the other two from the two bedrooms). The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed and a single folding sofa. The bathroom is nicely decorated and has a bathtub, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
On the first floor there is an apartment for four people, B1 (30m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen equipped with a small stove, a large refrigerator and a kettle. The bathroom is modest and has a shower with a curtain. The neighboring apartment, also intended for four people, B11 (40m2) is located on the corner of the house and has a large corner terrace with a view of the courtyard, one French bed in the bedroom and a living room with a kitchen equipped with a stove, a large refrigerator, a dining table with chairs, two single beds. The bathroom is smaller and has a shower with a curtain. The balconies of these two apartments are separated by a wooden screen.
In the bungalows there is an apartment (55m2) with two bedrooms. The first has one double bed, and the second has two narrower than standard double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge, and the bathroom is spacious.
In addition to these apartments, there is also an almost renovated apartment, also for four people. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a bunk bed in the second room. It also has an equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
We also offer three studios (30m2) with balconies. There are two French beds in studio number 4 and number 5, while the kitchen is separate. The third studio number 6 has one double bed, two bunk beds and a kitchen in the same room. One of the beds in the studios is smaller, for small children. The bathrooms are modest and have a shower.
An extra bed can be added to all accommodation units for an additional fee. A baby cot for children up to 2 years old is available and can also be added to all rooms.
The accommodation units are equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, a TV, and internet, and you can use a washing machine for an additional fee if needed. The bed linen and towels are changed every 6-7 days, or earlier upon request.
In the courtyard, guests can enjoy swings, loungers (not for beach use), and hammocks that contribute to a relaxed atmosphere. While children play, there are two built-in barbecue grills and a table with chairs. Additionally, there is ample parking space at the back of the yard.
After passing the Baracuda bar coming from Neos Marmaras, turn left into the first street and after 200 meters, you will see Sophia House on the right side in the spacious yard.
This accommodation is ideal for families with children or multiple families who want to vacation together while maintaining their privacy. With their kindness and helpfulness, the owners ensure that you feel at home and are available for whatever you may need.
