If you desire accommodation in the second row to the sea in Toroni, Giota Studios is the perfect choice for you. A major advantage of this lodging is its attractive location near taverns, cafes, and the beach itself, as well as free sunbeds for guests.
The accommodation is approximately 20m away from the beach, with a tavern on the premises and the nearest supermarket just 50m away.
The accommodation is divided between two owners, with one part of the units named Giota Studios, and the other named Elegant Stelios Villa. The offering at Giota Studios accommodation includes one triple studio (no. 1) and two quadruple studios (no. 2 and 3) on the first floor. The triple studio, overlooking the rear part of the courtyard, features one double and one single bed. Of the two quadruple studios, both with a sea view, one has two double beds that are narrower than standard (no. 2), while the other has one double bed and bunk beds (no. 3).
All studios are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, TV, mosquito nets, a terrace with a table and chairs for seating, a clothesline, a fully equipped kitchen with necessary utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a stove with two burners. The bathrooms have a separate shower area and a curtain. Towels and linens are changed every five days, while guests are responsible for their hygiene during their stay.
Private parking and a built-in barbecue area with a table and chairs for gathering are provided for all guests. Each room receives two complimentary sunbeds and a beach umbrella.
This accommodation is an excellent choice for those who wish to be close to the beach, with everything they need within reach, from markets to cafes and taverns.

A classic Greek accommodation, very tidy and proper. The owner is not intrusive and does not pester.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, but the mattresses are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Additionally, there is insufficient diningware, but overall it is good.
