Ammos Studios is located in a very quiet location in Toroni, away from traffic and noise. It can be a good choice for those looking for accommodation in a quiet place and privacy, as the accommodation has only three units.
The beach is about 350m away, while the nearest market is about 550m away.
Ammos Studios has a large yard and consists of two four-bed studios located on the ground floor and one five-bed apartment. Both studios have two French beds, but one is of standard dimensions, and the other is slightly smaller. In addition to the French bed, one studio has a sofa and a folding armchair, and the other has only another folding armchair. The studios were built in 2012, and the apartment is newer, from 2019.
The apartment is very spacious, it is a real apartment of 80 square meters. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed and a living room with a sofa bed for one or two people. There is also a kitchen in the living room, which only has an electric kettle.
The studios and apartments practically do not have a kitchen that can be used, but there is a well-equipped common kitchen that can be used by everyone.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, mosquito nets, clothes dryers, TV. In the kitchen they only have a coffee maker and a fridge with a small freezer compartment, and in the bathroom they have a shower and tiles without a tub and without a bordered space.
The accommodation has a shared kitchen in a separate room and a summer house in the yard. The common kitchen has an electric stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a grill, a toaster, a coffee maker, a table and chairs for dining and socializing.
Bed linen and towels are changed after 5 - 7 days, but you need to ask the owner yourself for bed linen and towels when you want them changed.
You maintain the hygiene of the accommodation yourself during your stay.
There is a place to park cars in the spacious yard, and a shower is also available for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
