Velikis Apartments is located in the very center of Toroni, in a quiet environment that provides a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The accommodation is modest, featuring a fenced yard full of greenery and natural shade, ideal for enjoying warm summer days. It is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful and carefree holiday, away from noise and crowds. The property is situated 310 meters from the beach and a supermarket, offering convenience to guests during their stay. About 200 meters away, there is also a restaurant, adding to the practicality of the location.

The offer includes four three-bed studios, one four-bed studio and two four-bed apartments. Three-bed studios are located on the ground or first floor and can accommodate a maximum of three adults. They have a double bed and a bed for one person. The studios for three people, which are on the first floor, have one balcony. Each has its own seating area, but they are not separated by a fence, so this is suitable for families or friends traveling together who want to be in a unit next to each other. The four-bed studio is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. It has a double bed and two single beds.

The apartments are located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. One apartment in the room with the kitchen has a double bed, while the bedroom, which is separated by a sliding door, has two beds for one person. The second apartment has two single beds in the living room, while the bedroom has two separate single beds. The bedroom in this suite has a small opening that overlooks the kitchen, so it is not fully insulated. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin and are separated by sliding doors.

A baby cot is available upon request and for an additional fee.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi internet, TV and hair dryer. The kitchens of all accommodation units are equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer and a stove with two hotplates. The apartments and one three-bed studio on the ground floor also have a small oven.

The yard is fenced and full of greenery, providing natural shade that is pleasant during hot summer days. There is also a large shared balcony on the ground floor.

The accommodation offers private parking with a limited number of places (two). Parking along the street is also possible.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation, while the owner provides a change of bed linen and towels every seven days.

To reach Velikis Apartments, when you enter Toroni, drive along the road next to the beach, and after reaching the Afroditi tavern, turn right into the side street and continue for about 260 meters, after which you will see the accommodation on your right.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
