Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.

Description

Velikis Apartments is located in the very center of Toroni, in a quiet environment that provides a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The accommodation is modest, featuring a fenced yard full of greenery and natural shade, ideal for enjoying warm summer days. It is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful and carefree holiday, away from noise and crowds. The property is situated 310 meters from the beach and a supermarket, offering convenience to guests during their stay. About 200 meters away, there is also a restaurant, adding to the practicality of the location.

The offer includes four triple studios, one quadruple studio, and two quadruple apartments. The triple studios are located on the ground floor or the first floor and can accommodate up to three adults. They feature a double bed and a single bed. The quadruple studio is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. It includes a double bed and bunk beds.

The apartments are located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. One apartment has a double bed in the room with the kitchen, while the bedroom contains two single beds. The other apartment has two joined single beds in the living room, and two separate single beds in the bedroom.

A baby cot is available on request and at an additional charge.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchens in all units are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer and a stovetop with two burners. Units located on the ground floor also have a small oven.

The yard is fenced and full of greenery, providing natural shade that is pleasant during hot summer days. There is also a large shared balcony on the ground floor.

The accommodation offers private parking with a limited number of places (two). Parking along the street is also possible.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation, while the owner provides a change of bed linen and towels every seven days.

To reach Velikis Apartments, when you enter Toroni, drive along the road next to the beach, and after reaching the Afroditi tavern, turn right into the side street and continue for about 260 meters, after which you will see the accommodation on your right.

A dark apartment, enclosed by a mosquito net and featuring a terrace. In the evenings, when more people use the bathroom and crowd it, the water pressure drops and the hot water fails completely. The apartment we stayed in lacks basic amenities. The photos of the apartment on the site are missing. The host is kind. The apartment is overpriced.

I have nothing but the worst to say about this accommodation. I booked based on the attached photos, but what I received was something I would not enter even for free. I paid 1035 euros for ten days. Our apartment was on the upper floor. The rooms were not separated, so a baby, a four-year-old, two pensioners and I slept together. There is no kitchen; it is a terrace that has been partitioned off with a mosquito screen from the outer terrace. The floor is concrete, on which I did not want to walk barefoot, not to mention lowering the crawling baby. The utensils were dirty, the fridge was almost exploding from the heat, and there was no oven. Upon request we were given a stove that we did not use even once because it was disgusting. The bathroom is small, renovated. One cannot move normally in the toilet; you have to move your legs aside. Water constantly pooled in the shower stall. At night we did not dare go to the toilet for fear of waking the children, as the doors squeak. The doors that separate the rooms from the so-called kitchen are disgusting, old and worn out. The terraces are connected, so a neighbor from the other room can enter the apartment, and since there are no doors, only a mosquito screen, I would not be surprised if this happened. Inside it feels like 300 degrees, and the air conditioner is in one room above the bed. Although it works well, in order to cool the space, those staying in the room with the AC have to freeze. A million mosquitoes because there are holes under the mosquito net. On the upper terrace, part of the roof is missing, so bees get in and we even saw a hornet. I could write endlessly, but I trust that a sensible person will understand and that, in any case, this offer will be rejected. After three days we left for Thassos because there was no place on Sithonia. God help my nerves and the torment.

In my opinion, it would be beneficial to invest in the beds, enhance the rooms a bit, and repaint. The hosts are kind, and there are no complaints in that regard. Additionally, it would be nice to modernize the kitchen with some new utensils. The overall rating is 4.2 out of 5.

The beach is just a two-minute walk away, providing peace and quiet. There is a store nearby.

The property is old. The sea is not visible from the accommodation. The rooms are a bit dark, but everything is fine. Overall, it is worth the money we paid.

The apartment is average; it lacks a wardrobe, and there is a shared terrace with the neighboring room, which we did not appreciate. It is hot in the room, and sometimes there was no hot water in the evening. There are only two outlets available. Overall, it is not worth the money we paid. Thank you.

We spent five days here (summer 2023). From the outside, it looks quite neglected, but the rooms are relatively clean. The furniture is worn out, and the beds are small. The bathroom is small, with a broken seat on the toilet. There is hot water only when the sun is out. For three days, we had no light in the bathroom. The kitchen is decent, but the dishes and cutlery were dirty. The terrace facing the street gets sunlight in the morning and cannot be used for breakfast, so we had breakfast in the room on the bed. There is no light at the entrance and in the hallway, so you have to search for your room and keyhole with a flashlight. The air conditioning works, but you can only use it when you are in the room. The yard is very small and can accommodate a maximum of two cars... if you are good at Tetris. Surprisingly, the internet is excellent, and you have an Android TV in the room, so you can stream YouTube or other services (logging in with your account). The location is about a five-minute walk from the beach and the center of Toroni. Overall, you get very little for the price (we paid 80 euros per day); if it were half the price, it would be acceptable. We spent the next five days of our vacation in another accommodation, which was like America compared to this one, and we paid the same for it.
