The property is situated 310 meters from the beach and a supermarket, offering convenience to guests during their stay. About 200 meters away, there is also a restaurant, adding to the practicality of the location.

The offer includes four triple studios, one quadruple studio, and two quadruple apartments. The triple studios are located on the ground floor or the first floor and can accommodate up to three adults. They feature a double bed and a single bed. The quadruple studio is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. It includes a double bed and bunk beds.

The apartments are located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. One apartment has a double bed in the room with the kitchen, while the bedroom contains two single beds. The other apartment has two joined single beds in the living room, and two separate single beds in the bedroom.

A baby cot is available on request and at an additional charge.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchens in all units are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer and a stovetop with two burners. Units located on the ground floor also have a small oven.

The yard is fenced and full of greenery, providing natural shade that is pleasant during hot summer days. There is also a large shared balcony on the ground floor.

The accommodation offers private parking with a limited number of places (two). Parking along the street is also possible.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation, while the owner provides a change of bed linen and towels every seven days.

To reach Velikis Apartments, when you enter Toroni, drive along the road next to the beach, and after reaching the Afroditi tavern, turn right into the side street and continue for about 260 meters, after which you will see the accommodation on your right.

A modest apartment with insufficient lighting. It is overpriced. There are no photos on the site. The owner is courteous.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, hygiene is of a high standard, and the owner is very courteous, hardly ever seen.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
