The city sand beach is located about 250m away. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, there are a supermarket, bakery, as well as a large number of taverns, and across the street is a medical office.
The accommodation features a duplex apartment located on the high ground floor. It includes a double bed in one bedroom and two narrower-than-standard double beds in the other bedroom.
Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, TV, WiFi, mosquito nets, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, stove with four glass-ceramic hobs and a large oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a filter coffee machine.
It also has a veranda equipped with a seating set where you can enjoy the view of the courtyard. There is also the possibility of preparing a barbecue on gas or charcoal within the fenced yard.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. The owners can also provide a baby cot and a high chair upon request. The accommodation has private parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
