Kelyfos Hotel is located 580m from the supermarket Masoutis and 1,2km from the city beach in Neos Marmaras.

They offer several types of accommodation units arranged in two buildings and separate villas. Double rooms with a view of the yard or the sea, double deluxe rooms, triple rooms, quadruple rooms, quadruple suites, quadruple grand suites, quadruple deluxe suites and villa Pasithea.

Pasithea Villa accommodates up to six people and it’s physically separated from the rest of the accommodation units and has a private entrance. In the first bedroom, there’s one double bed with a canopy, while in the second there’s one double and two single beds. The dining room has a corner set (for two children), a dining table, an equipped kitchen (oven is not allowed) and a spacious bathroom with a glass shower cabin.

The Grand Suite accommodates four people. The bedroom with one double bed, air conditioning and a TV is six steps above the living room level. The living room has a sofa bed, couch, TV, coffee table and a fridge. Amenities include safe box, hairdryer and a bathroom with a shower cabin. It’s ideal for couples with children or two couples.

Deluxe suite accommodates up to four people. The bedroom has one double bed and the living room has one sofa or two single beds. Each of these units has a unique design, with spacious terraces, large bathrooms with a glass part around the shower and romantic chandeliers that give a distinctive makeup space.

Double rooms with a sea or courtyard view have one double bed, small fridge, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer and a nicely arranged bathroom with shower cabin. The design is modest, with prices lower than other accommodation units.

The double deluxe rooms were renovated in 2017 and have a striking design. Guests have at their disposal one double bed, a small fridge, a nicely arranged bathroom with a shower and a private terrace with outdoor sitting.

The triple rooms have one double and a single sofa bed or a single bed. They are economical, simple in design, the bathroom has a shower and the private terrace has a sitting area.

The quadruple rooms for two adults and two children have one double and a sofa bed, one double and two single beds or two double beds. The design is very specific, with quality furniture and the bathrooms with modern shower cabins.

The quadruple suite has one double and two single beds.

Accommodation units have WiFi internet, TV, air conditioning, a terrace or veranda with sitting area and a hairdryer. Pets are allowed in agreement with the owners. There are also non-smoking rooms, so you can emphasize this when booking.

Cleaning is performed every day.

Around the accommodation, there’s a beautifully landscaped courtyard with lawns, trees, paths and greenery, a pool (open throughout the day) with free sunbeds and sun umbrellas, lifeguard and shower, as well as private parking with plenty of space for everyone.

Following the road Nikiti – Sarti from Marmaras towards the area Elia, about 1,8km from the center of Neos Marmaras, you will see on the right-hand side a signpost to turn to Kelyfos Hotel.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Prices are per room per night won bed and breakfast (BB) basis. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

REMARK

Children are considered persons aged 0-6 years.
Children aged 0-2 years do not pay a supplement for HB.
The remaining balance should be paid not later than three weeks before arrival (not applied on non-refundable reservations).
