Owner description
Pournari Mountain Rooms is a newly built accommodation located in a peaceful location in Toroni, on the southwest coast of Sithonia. It is 700m away from the nearest beach.
This accommodation consists of five units:
Studio no.102 is situated on the ground floor and features a double bed, having a maximum capacity for two persons.
Studio no.103 is also located on the ground floor and includes a double bed and a single sofa, accommodating a maximum of two adults and one child.
Studio no.104 has a maximum capacity for two adults and two children and spreads across two levels. On the first level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen where a sofa for two is located, while on the open gallery there is a double bed.
The same structure applies to studio no.105, which can accommodate a maximum of two adults and three children, as it includes a double bed, a double sofa and a single bed for a child up to eight years old. It is situated on the first floor and spans two levels.
Apartment no.101 is located on the ground floor and is designed for the accommodation of up to two adults and two children. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom, while the living room features a double sofa.A baby cot is available upon request at no additional cost.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a large fridge with a freezer (in studios on two levels no.104 and 105) or a small fridge with a freezer compartment (in studios no.102 and 103 and apartment no.101), a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower without a tub and studios on two levels have two bathrooms, one on each level.
On warm summer days, overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden and mountains, guests can spend time on the balcony or veranda equipped with a seating set.
In the enclosed and well-maintained garden, guests have the opportunity to barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and at no extra cost.
Cleaning of the units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.
Private parking is available for guests.
Pournari Mountain Rooms is located 22km from Neos Marmaras and 129km from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
