Accommodation description

Near the beach, in the second row to the sea, there is the accommodation Elegant Stelios Villa, a perfect choice for those who value the proximity to the beach. Several accommodation units are completely new and equipped with exceptionally high-quality furniture, and additionally, the owners offer their guests a complimentary set of beach loungers.

The accommodation is approximately 20m away from the beach, there is a tavern within the accommodation, and the nearest supermarket is only 50m away.

The accommodation is divided into two owners, so one part of the units is under the name Elegant Stelios Villa, and the other under the name Stelios Melissis Apartments. The Elegant Stelios accommodation offers three older four-bed apartments with two bedrooms (no. 4, 5, and 6) on the ground floor, as well as newer units, namely one four-bed studio (no. 8) and two four-bed apartments (no. 7 and 9) on the second floor.

The three four-bed apartments on the ground floor have one double bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in the other. The third one has one double bed, one single bed, and one narrower-than-standard double bed.

The four-bed studio no. 8 has a gallery with one double bed, while immediately below it, in the room with the kitchen, there is another double bed.

The four-bed apartment no. 7 is equipped with one double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the room with the kitchen.

The four-bed apartment (4+1) no. 9 has one double bed in the bedroom, a non-extendable armchair, and an additional single bed if needed, while the other double bed is in the room with the kitchen. This apartment has two air conditioners, two TVs, and two terraces.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, a terrace with a table and chairs for sitting, a clothesline, a kitchen equipped with necessary utensils, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a small oven with three burners. The bathrooms have a separate shower area. We would like to mention that some apartments have sliding doors in the bathroom. Towel and linen replacement, as well as cleaning, are done every three days.

All guests have access to private parking as well as a built-in barbecue with a table and chairs for socializing. Each room receives two complimentary loungers and a beach umbrella.

This accommodation is an excellent choice for those who want to stay close to the beach, where everything will be at their fingertips, from markets to cafes and taverns.

The apartment has been recently constructed and is equipped with modern amenities, including two air conditioning units and two televisions, as well as a small kitchen featuring a stove and refrigerator. The owner is exceptionally kind and responds swiftly to our requests. We are very satisfied with our stay, and the minor issues listed below did not significantly affect our comfort during our time in the apartment.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
